    Furnace and AC service

    The technician Adam Walker was very prompt. He was very courteous ,explained very patiently about the service he performed. Extremely satisfied . This is the first visit of reliance home comfort service and am very satisfied

    furnace maintenance

    Ryan team member #2313 was here for a maintenance call on my furnace and water heater. He noticed that the water heater was not vented properly and he arranged to fix it immediately. I paid for the initial instillation and Ryan fixed it for free because it was through a contractor that reliance sent. I am pleased to know that we are back up to code.

    Water tank and venting

    When our previous homeowner finished the basement they had put up a wall that caused the gas venting pipe attached to our Reliance hot water tank to bend slightly and crack. It was sealed to prevent a leak, but there was still that possibility. It was recommended by Reliance to have them replace our vent piping along with the 11 year old water tank. In order to replace the venting we were asked to cut holes in the wall and ceiling of our finished basement. They then sent sub-contractors to do the work, and when they arrived they pretty much refused to do any work because the holes we cut weren't large enough. We found them very rude and completely unhelpful. We believe them to be a husband and wife team with the last name Lindale. Unless you have a very simple job, which we apparently didn't have, watch out for these sub-contractors. After Reliance sent some in-house technicians to analyze our situation, most notably Jonathan, Wesley and Ringo, they were able to come up with a method of removing our damaged and difficult-to-access vent piping, and install a new tank using smaller pipes so we wouldn't have to rip out more of our wall. After about three weeks of stressing and using up wasted vacation time from work for people to come in and look at our situation, Ringo Lau and Stan Skorka were finally able to get the work done in a much quicker time and lower price than we had expected. What we came away with after this whole incident was that Reliance's in-house technicians were extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help us solve a problem they were really not entirely responsible for. If we do ever run into another issue, I would highly recommend having one of them take care of it, and would flat out reject any suggestion of sending another one of their sub-contractors.

    water tank quote

    just wanted to get our old water heater looked at to see if we could upgrade to a tankless system. Omer Sheikh was the representative that came out today. He was well informed and courteous. He had all the answers to the questions I had and was able to help me set up an installation of a new tankless system.

    Water Heater

    Darren and Ryan came in and were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to save me money, even though it was more work for them. I would highly recommend them and Reliance.

    New furnace install

    Had Ryan D out today to do an install for a replacement furnace. From start to finish Ryan was helpful, neat and courteous. He clearly took pride in his work as the end result was great. Thanks Relaince for sending a great installer.

    Heating and a/c

    Reliance Home Comfort's rep, Bruce Hamilton, provided us with the information we required to make an informed decision based upon our situation. We felt there was no need to go with another company. Bruce was always a phone call away and answered any questions or concerns to our satisfaction. The new furnace came with a filter but we wanted to keep the costly washable filter that would fit the new unit. Unfortunately, the installers forgot to leave it behind. We contacted Bruce immediately and he reassured us that he will take care of it. On the day of the installation Bruce dropped by to make sure all was going well. Bruce showed true professionalism which is sometimes very hard to find these days. It reflects very good on Reliance Home Comfort when they have reps and installers help the home owner make a costly decision as painless as possible. Thanks Bruce for a job well done.     I was very satisfied with otto's service as he finished his work perfectly and fixed the problem we had as we stop getting hot water. I liked how the work was done.

    New Air Conditioner and Hot Water Tank

    Tim Brown, Hamid Koshkebaghi & the installation team were absolutely phenomenal. They had my issue figured out and a new air conditioner and hot water heater installed the very next day! Tim Brown provided truly exceptional problem solving and customer service. Hamid Koshkebaghi was wonderfully quick, responsive and professional. The installation team were lovely, incredibly thorough and did a fantastic job. Not only that - but I think they left my floor cleaner than they found it!
