We have a service contract with Reliance and have experienced fast and efficient service over the years. Today, Ted Korkowski serviced our furnace thoroughly and effectively, which gave us much comfort and peace of mind. He really made the extra effort to ensure his work was complete and explained everything to us. It was free, thanks to our service contract. Thank you!

My furnace required a blower motor. A technician was in to replace another part and could hear the obvious grinding/vibration of the motor. The technician advised it would need to be replaced before it seized. The part was on back order according to the call center when I called back a week later as I had not heard from the technician. The call center on three seperate occasions advised that they would have someone call me back regarding the part/service. No calls were returned and the motor was not replaced for over a month despite several calls to the call center. Once I got past the call center and on to customer resolution I spoke with ANDY who was very helpful and assured me the issue would be resolved within the next couple days. Less than 24 hours later the technician with motor in hand attended my address. The technician SHAE was apologetic for the incident on behalf of the company. SHAE was professional, polite, and helpful. ANDY and SHAE and the call center call takers, who remained polite even though I was angered by the situation, are the reason's I will remain a customer with Reliance.

My hot water tank was acting up and I couldn't figure out as to what was going on with it. I contacted Reliance and they sent over a very capable representative in Mohammed Wasay. Not only was he polite and respectable towards my personal property but he assessed plus figured out the problem visually in seconds. He was quick, efficient, friendly and polite. It's good as well as comforting to know that not only are you going to receive world class service with Reliance but outstanding trustworthy customer service people in addition. My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammed Wasay!!

I had my furnace, hot water tank and AC all installed by Reliance very recently. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and helpful. Whenever I had any concerns or questions, they addressed them in a timely and positive manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of installation in their home.

I got a new water tank installed by Reliance but the guy did not do his job correctly. After he completed his job the water was leaking. The area was a mess. After which I called Reliance and they sent a technician named Gurmeet. Gurmeet was a really friendly person, he did a good job, and completed it very quickly.

Woke in the morning find out no hot water. Ended up calling reliance, they send us gurmeet technician who was able to solve the problem very fast, although the part was not available he called company to order a new one but that would take long time to get the part.. He did everything to give us hot water. finally the problem was fixed by removing a part from another new tank to provide us hot water.. Thank you gurmeet for the good job you did we appreciate your time and help.

My gas hot water tank failed last night and Reliance dispatched service repair in less than a day. Technician Wesley was very helpful. He changed the faulty control and explained to me it was due to hard water scale clotting the senor. Now my hot water is back again. Thank you Wesley and Reliance.

Good experience from start to finish with excellent, professional, patient sales rep Bill to get the ball rolling. Next the install crew of Daniel and Kory, on time, very sharp, courteous, efficient 2 young men. I am hoping the service crews will be trained the same way. All three were amazing to deal with!

No hot water. we called reliance and they sent technician.He checked and did not have part with him, then another tech Gurmeet came right away to fix it. Gurmeet was very quick and professional.He has all the part.He explained to me what he is doing and keep me involved in it.He also clean the sensor and explain me what is the role of it in the operation of the heater.I am very happy to get the hot water back and the level of service i get,it was wonderful experience. Thanks to Gurmeet and reliance once again.

I had the misfortune of having Reliance send out their repair man Mohammed Wasay to my home to replace my Water Heater. From the moment he walked up to my door he was unfriendly, unprofessional and I later found out, very dishonest, after escalating my experience with him to his Manager. I do not know how he can look at himself in the mirror. I have heard horror stories about Reliance but now I am a believer and look forward to taking my business away from this company. This has to be the worst business experience I have ever had!
