We live in a small town an hour away from the city and have only one person we can call out. Terry Mahoney goes above and beyond, and no time of day or night is ever a problem. His work is very professional and accurate.

Adam Walker came in and replaced my vent motor quickly and accurately. he was professional and ordered the part and came back and installed it within 40 minutes. Excellent job. He also sold me on a new rental water heater as well. I would recommend everyone to get reliance home services. it saved me 700 bucks. I pay my monthly protection and its well worth it

Initially we were very pleased when we contacted Reliance regarding a leak and were told we could have service on New Year's Day. We waited at home from 8:00 - 5:00, received no phone call from a technician and received no service. We continue to have the leak and continue to wait to hear from a technician.

My water heater quit on Sunday and I called Reliance. The lady who took my call was quick, pleasant and polite. Within minutes on the phone, I had an appointment for the following morning. Troy called an told me he would be a little late and arrived shortly after. He was pleasant and efficient and replaced my water heater and got me up and running in short order. I was very satisfied with the efficiency of the lady on the phone and also with the technician who did excellent work. Thank you...I can now take a hot shower.

I had my water heater leaking and called your service. I had a nice gentleman named Joy Green come by my place and fixed the problem right away. He was super knowledgeable and was a great help. my water tank was leaking. I got a red tag infraction from my gas supplier. Wes from reliance came over in less than 24 hours and corrected everything. Thank you reliance home comfort.

Our water heater was not working. Reliance sent a technician, Gurmeet. Gurmeet was friendly and cooperated with us. Gurmeet was also able to find the problem and fix it instantly. We were satisfied with Gurmeet's excellent service. Gurmeet had the part that had to be replaced and was quick at fixing it.

Dave id# 2064 provided excellent service and provided great information for me to take into account when deciding to get a new furnace, as well as some helpful energy saving tips

Didn't have hot water so I called Reliance. The appointment was made failrly quickly, Gurmeet came showed me the faulty censor and fixed it fast. His service was extremely friendly and clean. He also further explained the benefits of having a plan for our furnace as well in the event anything happened to it, we would be protected.

Fantastic service& communication from costumer service agent Tammy & the service Tec Amber who did a great job in Repairing my furnace. Could not ask for better. Highly recommend their service,& company in which they work for.
