FURNACE REPAIR
No heat! From the time I called and spoke with Customer Service Rep Susan to report our problem and book an appt, to the Service Tech Phil replacing our motor was a "first class" experience. Customer Service put us on priority status and confirmed that the service tech would arrive between 1-6 pm Saturday - Service arrived as scheduled and was very methodical and professional - explained the nature of the repair and showed me the seized motor - repair complete in less than an hour - check and recheck of system was completed and we had heat - explained the benefits of the Protection Plan which we have on the furnace and a/c unit - service repaired "free of charge" - peace of mind knowing no-charge service is literally a phone call away - THANK YOU RELIANCE TEAM!!
