    FURNACE REPAIR

    No heat! From the time I called and spoke with Customer Service Rep Susan to report our problem and book an appt, to the Service Tech Phil replacing our motor was a "first class" experience. Customer Service put us on priority status and confirmed that the service tech would arrive between 1-6 pm Saturday - Service arrived as scheduled and was very methodical and professional - explained the nature of the repair and showed me the seized motor - repair complete in less than an hour - check and recheck of system was completed and we had heat - explained the benefits of the Protection Plan which we have on the furnace and a/c unit - service repaired "free of charge" - peace of mind knowing no-charge service is literally a phone call away - THANK YOU RELIANCE TEAM!!

    Service/Repair of furnace

    Professional service conducted by repair man. Major time waste for us. Originally booked for Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00. Rebooked at company request due to overload for Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Service man arrived at 3:45 PM. Full day was shot by that time. Company needs to be more precise with time estimates or at least be more respectful of customer's time.

    Replace Hot Water Tank

    My hot water tank was leaking and I called the company and they right away sent 2 very helpful men called Wesley Lloyd and Giancarlo to come and replace my hot water tank and they didn't waste any time they got right into the job and was very fast and finished the job. Me and my family really appreciate what the two of them have done for us we would recommend this is all our family and friends because it is a great home company.

    Hot Water Tank

    Discovered a leak from the drain spout on my hot water tank today. There was a crack in the side of the spout spraying wateron the floor. Called Reliance @ 12:20pm and the technician (Giancarlo) showed up @ 1:25pm. Replaced the nylon/plastic spout with a metal one and problem fixed. This is the best service I've had from reliance to date. Giancarlo was very courteous & knowledgable. Definitely worth every penny.

    service

    our hot water tank went last night .the whole bottom fell through I'd like to commend the tech who came this morning to replace it jason team # 2014631st he was very polite and he k we exactly what he was doing.I ask home how long it would take to fix and he was right on the nose with the time frame I appriciated his service thank you jason by the way I'm in cambridge ont I just put Burlington for other people plz assure tgat Jason will see this comment I have made his boss is Paul Rey

    Water heater

    My rental water heater was leaking. Joey D (#0977) arrived within the scheduled time and, after explaining that I might need to hire a contractor to open up my ceiling because vents had to be replaced, said he would see what he could do. He proceeded to install the necessary venting making only a small opening in a corner of the ceiling. No contractor needed. He then installed the new water heater quickly and efficiently. Joey was very helpful, courteous and caring. I highly recommend Reliance if all their employees are like Joey. Thanks!

    New Furnace/Air conditioner/Humidifier/AIr Filter

    The sales person Joel Matthews was punctual, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products we were thinking of getting. The installation was quick, clean, and hassle free, The two technicians worked very quickly to intall the equipment. The work area was left spotless.

    Service

    Our furnace went on Christmas Day. Called Reliance and one of their reps scheduled an appointment for the 26th between 1PM and 6PM. Mike Zevallos showed up at about 2:30 PM. He took his time to see what the issue was, discussed my opitons in detail and really made me feel like he cared. I ended up needing a new furnace (my choice) rather than the repair. Mike scheduled an appointemnt for me and Nima Karimi came to my house on the 28th as I was away for a few days. He was a total gentleman, friendly and professional. I chose a model of furnace after discussing my options with him and he made the call to see if someone could install it the next day, but no such luck. He saw that I had my young children with me and by that point my furnace had stopped working all together. He must have made about 4 different phone calls to service reps and a Manager and finally arranged for two installers to attend the very next day and install my furnace. I feel he went beyond what he had to do and showed that he actually cared. I needed a furnace so it wasn't like he was trying to get the sale, he already had that, but he actually took the time to go the extra mile as a human being, and for that we are grateful.

    Gas leak

    We had a gas leak and gas was shut off and consequently pipes froze. It then took two visits and 19 hours for Reliance tell us they wouldn't do anything to fix the gas leak. Will be cutting all ties with them.

    Hot water tank

    My grandma needed her water tank replaced, and she was so impressed with how polite and helpful the young man was (John Employee#1485). So impressed, that she was adamant that I write a review for her. Thanks John!
