furnace quit at 9pm Dec 25th, called Reliance as have plan, said technician be out next day between 1 and 6pm. Called on 26th and said thay could come earlier which was fine, technician said did not have parts, he called warehouse left message and he hoped somebody would get back to him but he doubted it, he called back couple hours later said he had motor and would be 1 hour which he was, opened new box and said module was not with motor and would call again, he thought module came with motor, should he not have known that? said courier would deliver new module first thing in morning and for us to call and they would send somebody out, 11:40 no courier, called Reliance and was told if it did not come today Friday 27th than it would be following Monday 30th, woman answered phone said that we have a fireplace, which is correct but in only one room in a 6000 sq.ft house, temperature below 50 degrees, asked if she could trace courier and she said did not have that capability, now I guess we just wait, local company near by has this part but why should we pay them when we have contract with Reliance? VERY POOR SERVICE
