I called Reliance looking for a quote on my furnace and Air Conditioner. They sent a salesman named Jayson Newton. He was great at explaining both the equipment and my financing options. I felt very comfortable making this big decision based on his knowledge and expertise.;

Mike D. From Georgetown here...I have a hot water tank rental from Reliance and it started to show signs of leaking and the venting system needed to be brought to code by using PCV tubing. Joey D. (0977) was my technician and he was very friendly and introduced himself and was very professional. He was thorough in his work and detailed in his explanations of the problem and of the solution. He was very neat on his work and ensured the work area was clean and left organized. By far one of the best service calls and technicians I have had come to the house. Thanks Joey D for such professional, honest and great work. Reliance is lucky to have you on their team!

I had a 37 year old furnace and I had Andrew P out to talk about upgrading and getting a new humidifier and thermostat. After speaking with him and the technician I decided this was the best route to go. I would recommend Reliance to my friends and family.

our rental leaked for the third or fourth time in 12 years.the tech Mathew F came and replaced tank on a sunday. time from service call to job done was approx 3-4 hours. the water heater was 18 years old. everything went very well tech was fast and polite . the only quibble i have is perhaps the water heater should have been replaced the last time it leaked.

My water heater was replaced by Joe P (2310), he was exceptional, quick and cleaned up after himself. He was able to answer all my questions and arranged for my furnace to be covered under Reliance protection plan. Thank you.

On the recommendation of a neighbour, I contacted Dean Timpany of Reliance and met with him to discuss the replacement of our 16 year old HVAC system. Dean was forthright, polite, knowledgeable on the topic, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Consequently, I agreed to sign on to the Reliance Rental program for furnace and A/C unit, and am convinced it is a very good deal, providing peace of mind for the foreseeable future on heating and cooling our home. I would recommend this avenue as a solution to anyone considering the replacement of their obsolete heating/cooling systems.

My water tank sprung a leak and flooded my basement while I was at work on a night shift. I called to have the leak fixed and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours which I was not pleased about. I was called back an hour or so later and had someone come right away. He discovered my tank had completely rusted out at the bottom (previous people had replaced valves etc and never noticed how badly it was rotten) Zack found the problem right away and quickly replaced my whole tank. Very friendly, knowledgeable compared to repairmen I have previously dealt with. Job well done.

From the first contact the associates where accommodating and friendly, When the technician (Mike Zevallos)arrived he presented himself well and did a great job representing the company. He patiently answered our questions and was knowledgeable on the services and products reliance offers. Job well done! Thank you.
