They should take "reliance off their name"
I called this company in September 2018 because my air condition stopped working. They lured me into buying a package with a new furnace claiming that my furnace was old and inefficient. Over $ 7,500 later and in January 2022 in the middle of a blizzard the furnace stopped working. I call them and was told "sorry your warranty is over!" I asked for someone to come and fix it and I will pay they told me to wait 3 days before they can send someone to look at it.
Contacted another company which sent a technician within 45 minutes. Now, I discovered that the furnace they put was manufactured years before installation, an old model. Secondly, it was not a good fit to the size of my house. Third, the installation was amateurish as they leveled the furnace when it should have slope towards the pump to prevent water accumulation inside and rusted. , which just the reason the furnace was totalled. Also, the furnace should have been installed elevated from the floor so if there is water leakage it will go under it. Now, I have to shed another $6000 for a new furnace with a 10 year warranty for parts and labor!.
