    Hot water tank

    Service Technician Jerome McLeod was very professional and informative. I like the prompt response when our old tank expired.

    Plumbing Service - Fraser

    My push button toilet kept flushing all by itself, the sound was very loud! Fraser (plumber) fixed this and couple of other issues, he is very professional, diligent and friendly guy, I would recommend him and the Reliance plumbing service!

    furnace / ac /dehumidifier /eco thermostat

    doing to a furnace issue we were approached by a reliance sales person that introduced us to a lot of stuff we did not know.

    Excellent Service

    We needed water purification for our home, and Andy made the signup process and selection of the best option easy. We're very happy with the product and the excellent customer service.

    Furnace replacement

    These guys have been amazing for the past 15 years. Professional and friendly service. Not to mention installing a furnace for free and not making me pay for the first year.

    New Furnace

    Two days before Christmas and I discover our furnace isnt working. Without a working phone I was able to go online and successfully book an appointment for the same day. It was 2pm but I was able to book an appointment for that same afternoon. Jason showed up and very quickly confirmed it had died of old age with no possibility of recovering. With an hour Jason was able to walk me through my options and explain all my questions and seal the deal. I had an appointment booked for the next morning (Christmas Eve) to have it installed. The guys were at my house 8:30 and put down Matts to make sure everything stay cleaned. They were all very friendly and professional. I am so glad I chose to go with a Reliance.

    Great Service

    Great service! Not your typical high pressure sales tactics. Offered different options and was understanding of our situation.

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped working recently while i was out of country leaving my wife and daughter to deal with the problem. We have a maintenance plan with Reliance. A service man came out and got it going as well as the usual claim that the furnace is old and needed replacing. A few days later the furnace stopped again. Another service person arrived to say that he couldn't do anything and that the furnace required certain sensors that were difficult to obtain and would requre 3 to 6 months. After he left my wife made a further call to reliance and was told if a service man were to come out again we would be charged. AFTER several days in the cold my family called a local repair man who promptly got the furnace working and said that although old there is nothing wrong with the furnace and he could replace any required sensors. Still waiting to here from Reliance.. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

    Furnace complaint

    I have the Reliance Home Comfort package, which includes heating, AC, and plumbing, for multiple rental properties. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. 1. A furnace rented for one of my properties, installed just a couple of months ago, started malfunctioning. It took two days to show for the emergency call while the temperature was -25°C. 2. In another property, there was water leaking near the furnace. I reported the issue on Thursday, but their technician only showed up on Sunday. He claimed the leak was from the water heater. After calling the water heater company, they confirmed the problem was not theirs. A third-party plumbing company eventually concluded the leak was indeed from the furnace. Still, problem is not resolved The field service is extremely poor, and the technicians often push for renting equipment at prices much higher than other reputable companies. I am giving 1 star only because there is no option for a negative rating.

    Fast, friendly and reliable

    My extremely old furnace finally stopped working. My Reliance insurance covered the inspection and diagnostic. It was clearly time to retire this ancient, inefficient furnace. A representative was here within 30 mins of the diagnosis and I agreed quickly that it would be best to replace my old A/C as well. The money I will save on efficiency will easily out way the cost of rental. The representative was fast, clearly explained the process and made it easy. I would highly recommend Reliance to my friends and family. Thanks to Matt and Moe for coming out to my cold home, on a Sunday to help get my furnace sorted out as soon as possible.
