    HVAC install

    Options to rent or purchase were presented clearly. Any questions I had were addressed. The rental option with annual maintenance was the perfect option for myself as the homeowner. I would highly recommend Reliance in Winnipeg.

    water softener install

    Dealing with Amir at Reliance to obtain a new water softener at my home was a pure delight. An effortless attempt made on my part as he knew exactly what I was interested in and made the transaction quick and complete without any issues what so ever.     Water purification in Thunder bay

    Water purification was needed in our home after buying. A rental term is what we needed in the present and close future. Signing up and finding the best option for our family Ken made easy. Very satisfied with our product and our customer service. Thank you Ken

    RO water purification

    Ms Brittini completed the installation perfectly. The project was done just by one hour. She also gladly gave helpful instructions in detail.

    Reverse osmosis water purification!

    After the installation noticed that the amount of water that goes to the drain is significant I did more research and noticed that the ratio of the water waste is something Between two to one and four to one that means for the worst case scenario for each glass of filtered water four glasses would go to the drain. I had 10 days to cancel the contract and I cancelled within the 10 days but I've been charged for $350 for removing the system. This charege was not mentioned by the reliances representative when he was explaining the contract.

    Installation of furnace

    My furnace broke down and they were quick to make it happen to help with a new furnace as soon as they could. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Wonderful People to work with.

    We were looking for a new furnace and air conditioner.. These people worked hard with us to find us the best product at the best price for our needs. The installers. were kind helpful. clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. The fellow who went through my nest thermostat with me was very helpful. The salesman followed up to make sure that everything was good. We were assured that they will return in the spring to Get the air conditioner online as it's too cold to test right now. We were very happy to work with these folks.

    Furnace and AC installed

    Last week we had our furnace and AC replaced from reliance. The installed the furnace and AC were installed and they did not measure from the preexisting lines going through the house. Instead they drilled multiple holes through our brick wall. Then to cover up their errors they slapped white silicone on the holes which looks sloppy. We wish we went with another company

    Service

    Waited 24 hours for a call to say they wont come. All the while without running water. Could have just told me when I called. The water heater was installed by them or at least had their contact stamped on it for servicing.
