    Bathtub Service

    The strainer in my bathtub was corroded and the drain stopper had come off. The service personnel from Reliance Home fixed these and I am so happy with his work.

    Hot water heater repair

    Jay was here yesterday but didn’t have the needed part. He was able to get it working while he ordered the part. The part arrived later that day and was installed by Phil the next morning. Both gentlemen were polite and efficient. Karen Gignac, Belle River

    Great service

    The technician was very friendly, fast working and informative great service would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family! Was very good With my dog aswell! Great service!

    Service call

    Jonathan from reliance was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the issue with the water heater quickly and answered all the questions I had. He was professional and set up a follow up appointment with his water softener colleague promptly. The service was amazing from beginning get to end, I would definitely recommend reliance and the technician Jonathan.

    Water tank leaking....

    ....during the night. 3 inches of water all over basement. Hubby turned off water and we called Reliance. Within an hour Kyle was here and an hour later or less we had a brand new water tank installed! It couldn’t have gone better! Technician was polite, shook hands then proceeded to work on the job at hand quickly and efficiently. Great job! Highly recommend.

    Very efficient and provided great service

    Restored hot water to the residence in an prompt and efficient manner. What was impressive is that they were able to come the same day that I called! This made a difference for us as not having hot water is quite difficult for our first world lifestyle!

    Plumbing

    We had a plug and the Plumbing Technician explained all the things that could be wrong. He inspected for problems and let me explain all the attempts and repairs already done, since we are on the plumbing plan, No charge. He fixed the plug in the drain. He provided suggestions and we will follow up by getting a scope done. Thankyou

    Service

    I was really happy with service of replacing my hot water tank rental. Jackson was very friendly, fast and professional. Within 4 hours of my call my tank was replaced.

    Maintenance of AC and heater.

    The technician was knowledgeable, explained / discussed what he was doing, did preventive actions to correct possible source of trouble. Diligently used the booties before entering the house. Did a good job.

    New Furnace and AC unit

    Our AC unit was on the fritz and I called Reliance to come and check on our AC and furnace as well. After discovering that our AC unit was too old to fix and our furnace was just as old we had a meeting with a Vince from Reliance and discussed options with him . He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone struggling with their furnace/ AC.
