    furnace

    Our furnace broke down. The advisor Tom Gianitsopulos came right away, recommend the model that suits our needs. The installation was done the next day. very satisfied with the service.

    Service appointment

    Currently my family home (new to us) has rental equipment from previous owner. Call times to talk to people is horrible - long waits - lots of transfers (find out costs, buy out, service appointment) 1st - time 6 months ago for hot water equipment upgrade had a missed appointment from service rep (unhappy camper). Called in (fun wait times), second appointment set after way to much time on phone - second visit no issues. 2nd - today - call times worth sleeping in the bath tub with your head under water - I'm sure you wont miss your cue spot. - rep came for visit - he was amazing - furnace service included in rental program - some things were installed incorrectly and corrected (glad he cared to even acknowledge and correct). Rep cared like he owned the company - Randy - he's worth every penny reliance is paying. Trained me on furnace needs and use - thermostat etc.

    Painful to deal with

    I cannot even begin to describe the horrible, horrible service I have just experienced in the last 24 hours with these people. I will happy to move and never deal with them again but am FORCED to rent a water heater from them. Beyond useless and am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

    hot water malfunction

    Today David DAA4271 our serviceman was prompt, courteous and troubleshot the issue very efficiently. We rent our hot water heater and we were very pleased with his friendly manner, good work ethic, and high degree of professionalism. I highly recommend this technician to anyone in need of quality service.

    Hot water tank malfunction

    Our rental hot water tank stopped working last night and I called Reliance around 10:30 PM. They were here at 8:15 next morning and thoroughly checked out and fixed the problem. The tank actually decided to work again just before they arrived but they cleaned the flame sensor and thoroughly tested the system. Excellent service from the dispatcher, Lee Laplante and his partner. PS - We are in the Kanata community of Ottawa, not Toronto.

    leaking relief valve

    I got home from working out of town and, when I turned the water heater on it began leaking from the relief valve. Kevin Mugford was here by 8 am. the next day. He was courteous, efficient, and fast; done by 8:20 am. Excellent service!

    New Furnace and Tankless Water Heater

    My 14-year-old furnace started to be a bit noisy and irregular, so I signed in for the Reliance's 21 Point Precision Tune-Up promotion, because they had been for 9 years very good with servicing my rental water heater. The technician, Sam, arrived the next day and brought to my attention several problems with my furnace. I spent the next day investigating and comparing the costs of repairs and also the costs of new units from various providers, and decided to try Reliance again. Their advisor, Cyrus Lei, arrived the same day, answered all my questions, and we agreed on a RHEEM unit to be installed the next day. When he was ready to leave, I asked his opinion on the tankless water heaters, and again, he answered everything to my satisfaction, so I added a Rinnai WH to my order. Two very polite, friendly, efficient, and obviously professional gentlemen, Amir and Adam, arrived the next morning, installed and tested both units, removed the old ones, cleaned all the mess, and patiently explained to me and to my wife how to use everything properly. We were both very impressed, and certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

    furnace

    We are very happy with our experience. Our tenants furnace broke today. A repairman was in the house same day, Dave met us at our home a few hours later and took care of all the paperwork in a matter of minutes. He even waived the service for us!

    Repair water heater

    Called Wednesday morning (3 times. Hung up on once). There are a frustrating number of times one must "press" for an acceptable option. Seven months ago service was poor, this time it was exceptional. On Thursday Barry was prompt, professional and an excellent sales person also!

    Furnace/AC Install

    Excellent service, from the saleswoman to the installers, Andy and Steve. They arrived on time, barely took a lunch break. Explained all the details to me. Left everything clean and tidy. Very friendly techs, would recommend to anyone.
