I have Dan (2097) & Bill (1098) came to install my new A/C and Furnace. I am recommending Reliance to every one because of them, they are honest and they know what they are doing. I loved the way they installed it. thanks Reliance for having such service people.

The plumbers that came to my home, Jeff and Grant, were professional, friendly, listened to my concerns and kept me informed throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was corrected. Would highly recommend both of these guys!

I was very pleased with expertise and guidance of Jarred Doucette, who works for Reliance. He gave me all information that I needed to make an educated decision. He also came after the installation to ensure all was done properly. He made me aware of different ways how to save the money by making more energy efficient choices. Thank you Jarred! I recently moved into a home with a furnace from the 1960s, and on the advice of my home inspector had contacted Reliance to do a tune-up/inspection of the old beast. Upon meeting my old furnace he said that he wouldn't feel good about charging me for 21-point inspection since I was going to need a new furnace anyway, and charged me instead of the (much cheaper) service call. When I met with Tiffany F and Justin B they went through my options and answered my questions without coming off as pushy - I appreciated that. Normally I wouldn't be in favour of renting over buying, but with all of the maintenance included over the life of the contract it felt like a smart move. A few days later Cory and Steve arrived to install my new gas furnace and AC - they were both really nice and hardworking guys who at the end of the day made sure that we understood how to properly operate the furnace.

Today our new furnace heating and aircondition hooked up by Reliance Yanch Home Comfort. Cant believe its over 10 years before the old one replaced today with an innovations system. Thank you Reliance.com for a great job and the crew who took their time and hard work to make it work Mike and Tyler. I would definitely recommend Reliance Home and Comfort for the good service. Thank you also for Jeff Moore for the sales talk and definitely for Ken (Reliance Home and Comfort technician) who the first one to recommend the service.

We were having an issue with rusty water. Someone came within hours of calling quickly fixed the issue. He went above and beyond his requirements from noticing a problem with plumbing and helping to fix the kitchen tap. Cameron Alkins of thunder bay ontario, thank you for your great service!

I have insurance coverage for service calls so I did not have to pay for this callout. I called for a service repair for my furnace and David (DAA4271) explained what was wrong in very clear terms and he fixed my problem in a very quick and precise manner. He was a very polite and professional employee and I would definitely recommend reliance as a company and David as a service technician. Thank you!

we have so far had a very pleasant experience with this company. we met Jeff Hayhoe at the london home show earlier this year. He answered all of our questions and we made a date for him to visit us at our home. He once again went through everything with us. He made us feel very confident with our choice to use their services. Jeff set up our appointments and told us what to expect on the day of installation. The installers Sherry and Dean where also very pleasant, informative and professional. They explained how to operate everything and cleaned up after themselves. They worked efficently and quickly. We would gladly recommed them both to anyone.

Tiffany, the Reliance home advisor, came on Sat. and we had a new heating and cooling system completely installed Monday 3pm. The 2 installers arrived 8:30 . They laid down tarps for the floors and stairs and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Tiffany came to the house to ask how things were going and if we had any questions. The " guys" explained the furnace, air & thermostat. op. GREAT job Taffany (Sarnia) , guys and Reliance. System AOK!

Called for hot water tank repair. Was told by repair man that i was in violation and not to code for venting. Was told i have 3 options 1 hiring a contrator to do the venting, 1 replace hot water tank with one that is going to cost me an additional $10 per month or 3 replace furnace to high efficiency. I chose option 2 took the day off work foe the replacement and was just told that replacing the tank will not clear the violation. I now have to hire someone to do the venting and take yet another day off or replace the furnace. Beyond disappointed with advice, lost wages, now more lost wages and additional cost. I didnt even have to replace the hot water tank to begin with so now another $120.00+ going to reliance when it could have stayed in my pocket
