Keep in mind that your sump should have a twice yearly maintenance to clear debris and dirt, thereby providing you with optimal performance and protection. Remember that you are also eligible to apply for a City rebate for the sump pump installation. You will need to have an electrician for the ground wire, as only a qualified professional can do this type of work.
