While repairing the urgent problems is certainly important at that moment, finding and repairing the underlying causes is just as important. As you would no doubt agree, cutting costs at the time is very rarely cost effective in the long run, and can end up costing much more. Having the staff and technicians who are committed to the work they do, as well as the customers they serve, is also paramount. Our excavation/drain teams, as well as our plumbing technicians, are determined to find a solution to any and all problems that arise when on a job site. There are no two jobs exactly alike, and as such there are no repairs and resolutions exactly alike. We do our best to send the right person and tools for the job at hand, and having a team of technicians with varied specialties allows us that option. We are very pleased that Cecil was able to find a resolution to your problem that was more cost effective and less of a disturbance to your home. Each call and issue requires it's own resolution and solution.The uniqueness of our customers' requirements is what keeps us on our toes, and encourages our techs and staff to research and learn from each project. We are certainly happy to have been able to provide the waterproofing service within the same time frame. Water that seeps in from the the foundation walls of a house can certainly make a mess, not to mention create damage and health hazards. In many cases we have seen, water seeping in under the floorboards has done damage to the drywall and/or floors. Mold can also begin to grow in these areas, which as we all know is a health hazard. It is a pleasure to be able to assist a landlord such as yourself who takes such care of thier buiding, and is concerned with the health and safety of thier tenants. Both our plumbing technicians and excavation crews take great pride in leaving the job sites thoroughly clean and presentable. Thank you again for that wonderful review!

Buying and moving into a new home is stressful enough without adding major water and drainage concerns to the situation. Preventing serious plumbing problems in a home can be as simple as knowing what NOT to put in your sinks and other fixtures, or having a regularily scheduled check of the systems by a technician. Thank you Jamshaid for your review on Jeff's performance! To keep appointments on time is very difficult to be honest. Plumbers can stay longer on previous calls because additional jobs occurred, because another owner was not able to get home on time to get plumber confirmation to go to the next call, a lot of circumstances can break day schedule. We try to keep our appointments even in a snowstorm or rainy weather conditions. Anta Plumbing is plumbing with care!

Dear Heather/Lori! Thank you for been our customer for so long, we know how hard is to keep house in a good condition and how hard to make this happened. Anta Plumbing tries every day to find solution as better as possible to keep houses with less damage when we replace sewer pipe. We have brand new equipment to install liner (lining the sewer pipes with special felt, and build new system inside the existing one with no excavation. It helps a lot! We stop cutting floors; excavate trenches, destroy sidewalks, gardens, carpets. Now we are working on next generation of torpedo to make tunnels underground for different purposes to install new cables, install new pipes. When customer ask us why drain services are so complicated we know what to say - not for Anta Plumbing! We work every day not only as service providers, but as new technology installers. Thank you, Mr. Lee for your commences at this page. Blocked pipe is really not simple solving. We have to find the reason first to assist properly; most of plumbers will just snake and go! (Don't forget, they will be back, because nobody checked with camera the condition of the pipe after the snaking) Problem with pipes connected to the kitchen drain is grease! Snaking is just a vibration with rotation, grease is like butter - as more you rotate the mixer as more "puffy" it will be. That is why is so important to know what king of pipe is blocked, what king of plumbing fixtures are located on that pipe, maybe garbage carburetor? Maybe grease trap? Maybe dishwasher in a restaurant? Investigation takes time but save money for the client. Anta Plumbing is company with extremely professional technicians, we save time and money by doing properly from the first time. Don’t forget - plumber has to check his work after he is done, the same as everybody. Camera inspection is great tools to check the condition of the pipe to make sure pipe is out of grease and ready to service you.

Thank you, Robin! We try to be helpful from the first moment, even trying to help is it is possible over the phone, we prefer to give customer a choice to make when it comes to costly repairs. Plumbing is expensive market because of materials (copper), because of licensed technicians not handyman service. BUT! We try to be as much as possible reasonable to make repairs fit to the budget, sometimes we as a company ready to cut profits just to fix the problem in a drain system, because it is very dangerous to have leaks, it can became as a flood one day. Jeff is master plumber, and he is really taking his time to solve the problem, he like his job, and it makes big difference for customer. Thank you one more time for your time to write this review!

Hi Julia! Drain replacement is our main orientation, we have last minute technology in a market for trenchless installation is it is possible. Drain pipes are located very dip, and ro disturb the soil will make huge mess, we try to get replacement done if nessessary with minimum damage to the property landscaping, gardens, sidewalks. Anta Plumbing is PLUMBING with CARE! We really do appreciate every word, every call and love our clients.
