We're happy to hear that you found majority of your windows to be installed satisfactorily on the date of your original installation. That being said, we're sorry to hear of the inconveniences you've experienced, we have noted in our internal system that you originally selected to put your installation off until April, that note was entered on 11/9/2016 and your original window was not lost in our warehouse, it was ordered the incorrect size and required reordering which you were made aware of on the date of your original installation of 08/02/2016. We understand that you had your final window installed on March 31st, and we received your completion certificate with a comment stating: "Excellent Work!" and from that perspective we were under the impression you were satisfied with the installation as no concerns were noted. Your project coordinator has been forwarded the images with your concerns, and we can tell by the images that you will require your Glass Stops to be replaced. We wish to provide all of our customers with satisfactory experiences from sales, to installation and anything afterwards, and we'd like to apologize for any inconveniences you felt you've encountered. We appreciate you providing images so we can better understand what exactly occurred. Thank you.
