    Would not recommend

    Multiple installation issues discussed with tech day of installation, installed in Feb 23, resolved June 23, pushed us to the manufacturer and Brock washed their hands of us. No follow up to see if we were being serviced post installation.

    Back again!

    Loved my main floor windows so much I came back to replace remaining windows and sliding door. Brock Windows provide quality service and craftsmanship and stand behind their products. The installers were on time, clean, efficient and friendly. They're a wonderful upgrade to my home.

    Window Replacement 14 in total

    Great work!

    We were very pleased with the entire process with Brock. From the beginning quote, measurements through the ordering process and the installation. Communication was clear from the office and done very quickly and effectively. The windows came in sooner than we were expecting. Installation was set for 3 days and it was done efficiently in 2. We are very happy and would recommend Brock. Thank you!

    Disappointed

    Philip the Salesman was great when he walked into my house but after the windows were installed and major leak from one of the windows occurred. I called him up and he was a completely man altogether and not helpful at all. I subsequently dealt with Omar, Service Manager who agreed that the window needs to be replaced and is a manufacturers defect. I have placed couple of calls into the service department but have not heard from anyone as yet!!! Once my window is replaced and leak free I will write another review to reflect my satisfaction!

    Window Replacement

    My experience with Brock Doors and Windows was exceptional. Andrew, the company marketing agen,t was very professional in his assessment/review of what we needed. He was knowledgeable with which products would suit our application. Jeff (and Heather who arranged the appointment) was equally professional when he came to measure the windows that needed replacing, all the while respecting COVID precautions. The installation crew - Jeff, Evan and Matt, did a great job installing all 10 windows in 1 day, despite it being in the middle of January when it was -15 C!! There was no mess within the house at all. Totally pleased with everything!

    Windows Replacement

    We highly recommend Brock & Windows. Over the years, we have replaced all the windows of our house but one with Brock windows. We are very happy about the service, installation and quality of our windows.

    Front, side and patio door installation

    Went with Brock based on name recognition and the long standing relationship they had with their manufacturer, installation took almost a year from signing the contract to installation. I submitted a warranty claim for defects in side light of front door, marks on the inside of glass and difficulty closing my side door late summer and have not had any issues resolved since the initial service visit. The customer service is embarrassing and there seems to be no urgency or care for customer satisfaction, not what I expected but you live and learn.

    Good windows, good price

    Got new energy efficient windows. Competitive price, competent installation. Brock Windows was easy to work with.

    Window Replacement

    As I researched other window suppliers I realised the Brock windows had a very good product. Over the years since then, we have replaced six windows in our house with North Star windows from Brock. We appreciate the way the new windows keep the sound from outside muted as well as the quality of the light that they let in. They need little maintenance and keep their good looks over the years.
