    New Double front doors

    The whole team at Brock Doors and Windows were great to work with. the Sales team came on time, had lots of different options and were not pushy, the in store staff were very knowledgeable of their products and happy to spend time explaining them and the installers were fantastic, did great work, and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. The time from ordering the door to when it was installed was a little longer that we expected, but we a very happy with the installed product.

    Garden Doors

    My husband and I are very pleased with our garden doors which were installed in June this year. Brock had to cut out the wall of our dining room to add a garden door to the back yard. They were efficient from start to finish. The salesman who came out was friendly, knowledgeable and delivered as promised. He was able to advise us as to our options for the door. The crew who came to do the installation were also very efficient and were careful in removing the bricks which we needed for another section of our back wall. From start to finish Brock delivered what they promised!

    Front door

    The sales staff, scheduling staff and contractor were are very pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the door quality and the craftsmanship. It only took part of the day to remove our old door and replace it with a custom door. We have received compliments from everyone on our street! Thank you Brock!

    All New windows

    We’ve used Brock Windows twice, as we gradually replaced all the windows in our home. The quality of their windows are unmatched and they were installed within the time frame we were given. The highlight of our home renovation was the new Bay Window installed, it is beautiful and we absolutely love it!

    Window and door installation

    Brock Windows were very professional. There was no pressure and we were provided with options that worked for our specifications. We were informed every step of the way and on installation day I was impressed with the clean up. We will be returning to Brock, in the future.

    WINDOW STRUCTURE AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    GREAT COMPANY TO USE. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and their attention to providing good customer service. Reminder phone calls were made to ensure work appointments were kept. They show up on time, kept work or location environment clean and was always courteous. Their guy Phillip only wanted quality work done and kept emphasizing it has to be quality work or no work at all. I could not agree more. THANK YOU CHARLES P.E

    Replace windows

    Brock windows is a very professional company with top people working for them. The price for the amount of work that was done. It is very reasonable. We will gladly recommend Brock windows to our friends and family

    Great service!

    I needed some screens re meshed, and as Brock Windows had originally put the windows in, I called, and Michaela in the service department got everything sorted right out. She apologized they couldn't do it while I waited but that they could be done next day. 24 hours after dropping them off I got a call they were ready for pick up! Totally blown away! I was expecting to hear that it would be a week or two at least. And top it all off, my invoice was for much less than I anticipated! Absolutely great customer service! Brock will be getting our next window order when we upgrade!

    Patio Door

    Brock Windows and Doors are an amazing company that I am sure to recommend and call for future door or window replacements. Their experienced and knowledgable sales rep and installation team helped us choose the best door for our home and did an exceptional job of installing it.

    New Windows

    In the month of June we had Brock Windows come out and install new windows. 22 of them, and it was done in 4 days . The crew of three were experienced, well organized and cleaned up after day after themselves. I would recommend Brock Windows to anyone. Thanks.
