Just days before re-roofing our newly purchased house, we discovered we had raccoons living in our attic. Chris came quickly and used a humane one-way door to evict the animals. He then came back the next day to ensure the animals were gone before sealing up their entry holes. To date we seem to have been raccoon-free. Chris was extremely efficient, prompt, effective, humane, and friendly to boot. He was a huge help to us, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone facing a similar quandry.

After a kitchen reno which left us with an uncapped vent and birds in my kitchen cupboard, Chris to the rescue! He came by two days after I called, removed the birds and capped the vent...all quickly, cleanly and for a reasonable price. It was a great experience (although I hope I never have to call him again)!

Chris was a pleasure to deal with, I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and effective in removing the Raccoon from our roof. In addition repairs to much of the damage have been made while letting us know that the roof needs the attention of a roofing professional. If we ever have a similar situation, Chris will definitely get the call.

We were worried that whatever was in our roof could be in distress, would cause structural damage, and eventually create unsanitary conditions that could affect our health. Chris gave the situation his immediate attention! His 20 years experience allowed him to make an immediate assessment of the problems and the quickest least destructive solution. His efforts included the removal of offspring, and total repair of the damage created. The conscientious effort of this gentleman cannot be improved upon.

Last year I had squirrels in my walls....I thought they were going to come through... I called Chris based on the reviews here at homestars. I can't say enough about Chris...He came right over and found the hole put a one-way on and searched the roof and surrounding area and fixed what would have been another entry point at no charge. I appreciated the fact that he did that because it would have been another chance for him to fix another hole at my place in the future for an additional cost. I never forgt that..This year we had Racoons and another episode with sqirrels - in an entirely different spot. The squirrels were an easy fix.. a small hole that he took care of...The Racoons however came in throughthe overhang from the neighbours side of the semi-detached. I told the neighbour that I had a great guy and would call - they choose another company...when Chris came over - he fixed our area up and had a look at the neghbours -their hole was already broken again by the racoons - it seems that the patch wasn't secured properly. All that to say - that if you want the job done right the first time by someone that you can trust - Give Chris a call. I would recommend him to anyone at anytime. I hope I don't have anymore racoons or sqirrels in my house ---But at least I know who to call when I do. Dalene

We had raccoons nesting on the roof. I called Chris based upon the recommendations in Homestars. And I was very happy to see that all the positive comments are all true. He installed a one-direction door for the raccoons to get out. AQ couple of days later we realized that their is still an animal inside, he came without delay and installed also a door for a squirrel. We had one of those rare cases where both animals got in. The problem was solved solved to our full satisfaction. He knows his job. We found Chris reliable, prompt and easy to talk to. We were impressed by the way he full responsibility upon all the aspects of his work, including refinishing professionally the opening in the roof. 10 out of 10.

We recently had the mother of all squirrels in our kitchen vent. Chris with care for the mother and her babies removed them with a professional approach and attitude, cleaned out the vent removed the squirrels with a care and installed a new vent. I would without hesitation recommend Chris to anyone who has an animal in their house that needs removing.

We just had an extensive renovation done and a raccoon was trapped in our attic. After reading the rave reviews about Chris on this website, I thought I would give him a call. Glad I did!
