There were some birds that built a nest in a gap on our house. Chris and Ricky came the same day I called, and removed the nest and sealed the hole. They did amazing work, very quick and efficient. Very responsive. Very friendly people too. Will recommend to anyone.

Chris and Ricky are awesome! Quick and reliable! I spoke to Chris on Thursday regarding mice in my car. He actually met me at my office the next day to place a bait box in my car. I thought is was a bit pricey at first but did not realized the bait box lasts for 7 years and after 6 months they will check the box with no extra charge to me. I would recommend this company to any of my friends/family and co-workers.

Yes I am a satisfied customer but why Racoon then mice then squirrels then other pests going on for years When check with neibours and friends, they do t seem to have these o going problems. Is is some are blessed and some are not.

This is my first review but my third call to A1 Animal Control! Chris and Ricky have successfully prevented birds from roosting in our kitchen exhaust vent, prevented raccoons from burrowing under our back deck, and now removed a squirrel's nest (and a wasp's nest at the same time)! They are very good at what they do. It is a relief to have a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly company to turn to when critters start to invade spaces where they are not welcome!

Sorry to write after 2 years. My wife has just asking me for his contact again and reminder me I should write one for Chris at A1 Animals Removal. Chris had been coming for two times. One is for a squirrel who climbs from the roof and drop to the lower level. The other time is the raccoon with her baby who lives in the garage. Nice honest guy and his partner, friendly with lots of experience. Care to focus to help you out with the minimal cost. Willing to guarantee for a year if the animals get in again with the same entry. To the animal, he is nice. He is creative, not just fixed build one way door and fix the animals entrance, willing to exam your attic and see any mess, but he is willing to listen to my opinion and get together to figure out how to setup a little ladder to let the squirrel climb from the small light fixture hole and save the big knock down of the dry wall. I am really happy to see the little creature climb down slowly and run away (since he is really hungry trapping in the wall for 1 days and night). I took the video to show how the little creature climb down and run away !!! :D Not only that, his partner really help me out to fix my roof when he gets up to the roof and fix a visible soft fit for me. He didn't ask for anything but how can I not give him tips for sure but just regret I can't get him a bigger one. Second time on the Raccoon, coming from the side soft fixes over the 1st level and gets into a garage dry wall area. Fix the damage from Raccoon and reinforce it. It is a bigger job so cost roughly $500 and you understand it when you see it. Don't expect the same price anymore because it's been around 2 years. He build one way door to make sure no more baby raccoon in there, and we know the raccoon comes back because she and baby stand on the side lower level roof for a few days, but can't get in. Even leave poo on the side roof. Don't see them anymore after a while. Then Chris come back after a month to 2 to removal the one way door and cover it back up. So, it is another thumb up mission accomplish and quiet for me again. It is a contradiction you don't want to see but want to see him when the animals problems come. Definitely will recommend it to everyone I know as I just refereed him to someone again today.

Amazing service by Chris and his partner. I called on Wednesday and on Thursday the job was done. Would highly recommend them for any animal removal issues that need to be done.

They are upfront and honest and that’s exactly what you need. I’m so thankful for their help and their advice they have provided re: any follow up questions I may have. We woke up on a rainy Monday morning to hear raccoons in our attic. I went on Homestars and asked for quotes from various pest control companies, and A1 was the first to get back to us that same morning. Chris said he would come over and take care of the problem the very next day, and that is what he did. The raccoons had made their way through a vent cover, so A1 came and replaced all of our plastic covers with better ones, in addition to putting a one-way door on the one that the raccoons had broken in to. That same night, the raccoons left and we haven't heard from them since. They came back and took out the door and placed the final cover in, and now we will never have to worry about the raccoons breaking through again. My dad was the only person who actually met Chris (and I'm guessing Ricky was the other guy, judging by the other reviews), as we both had to be at work, but he said that they were great guys and seemed like hard workers. Thanks A1, we will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends. We especially love that your company is dealing with the animals humanely!

Staffs are professional and helpful. Reasonable price to get the job done. The squirrel's family is no longer occupying my garage. Really appreciate this company's service and I highly recommend people to use this company.
