    Toxicity and mold removal or testing: Diagnosis

    GT Abatement Inc. was able to come quickly and tested my problem room for the mouldy /musty smell. They came back with a report in 3 days and made recommendations as to how to treat the problem. I was relieved that as a result I did not have to start tearing up carpeting or tearing down panelling.

    Garbriel of GT Abatement was extremely professional, straightforward and honest about what needed to be done. We have’s a great deal of money, which made us beyond happy. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality and honest work. Thank you 😊

    Remove asbestos: Asbestos diagnosis only; Not sure; Semidetached house

    Gabriel was easy to communicate with. Awais, Raj and team did a good job. At no point did they use fear mongering tactics. They provided two options for abatement, being mindful of costs given the severity (low). Air test came back indicating no asbestos. My job was abating asbestos tape around the supply heat duct boot gaskets. GT Abatement quoted me 40% and 65% more than two other companies. Gabriel did explain for why that is and the reason sounds fair. However, in the future, for similar work I'd go with the cheaper company considering the extent of work, methods used, equipment used, tests/labs used, etc. were all the same. I'd probably reserve GT Abatement for the bigger jobs IMO.

    Did a great job. Explained everything well. I wanted a thorough approach to testing but definitely felt they helped us be strategic about testing locations and did not try to run up costs.

    Remove asbestos: Floor; 25 sq ft

    I had a great experience with Gabriel, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a comprehensive list of the options available after my floor tested positive for asbestos.

    Basement Abatement

    As close to a flawless experience as you could wish. Everything from Gabriel's assessment of the work required to the Malik brothers and the team's execution of the abatement was careful and thorough. Great communication throughout the process. Timely and efficient. Extremely impressed with the results and relieved that the previously wrapped exposed pipes are no longer an issue moving forward.
