    Asbestos Abatement

    The team at GT Abatement were great to work with. From initial inspection to performing of work top notch service. Friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to do the job right and to make sure I understood the process. Work was done when they said it would and Ali and crew left my house clean. Would recommend to all those unfortunate enough to have asbestos abatement needs.

    Asbestos, Fear and Relief

    Possible asbestos? Do not panic. I found what appeared to be asbestos around my vents in my 1960s built house. Turns out it was commonly used asbestos from its era. I called David and he provided scientific information about asbestos that was priceless to my vent situation. I’ve never met David in person (only on the phone at the time of this review) but his professionalism and educated knowledge about asbestos was reassuring to my situation. We 100% recommend calling GT to obtain a full understanding of your situation and possible solutions.

    Asbestos Removed!

    Very happy with the job done by Amosite and their crew. We had old pipes covered in asbestos, and a popcorn looking ceiling that they tested and was actually asbestos free. Highly recommended.

    Asbestos Removal in First Home

    David and Gabriel of Amosite were absolutely fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. Their team was at our home right on time, and worked diligently to complete their services in only a few hours. Having the asbestos removed from our home has brought a lot of comfort to my husband and I, and Amosite could not have made the process easier. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Amosite!

    Flooring concerns

    I had a concern about asbestos in floor tiles I discovered just before my kitchen reno. I read the reviews on here and decided to ask for help having read about the prompt reply. On a Sunday at 6pm I got a call within 15 minutes of my quote request from Dave. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He helped save me so much money by explaining the ways I could address my issue. I will certainly use him again and look forward to referring him to anyone who needs help in this area.     Asbestos Testing and removal

    David put our minds at ease. We just bought a mid-century home that needs a full renovation and showed many signs of potentially having asbestos. Amosite came and did a full inspection of the house and took samples of all the potential areas. Luckily, the areas that contained asbestos were few and easy to remove. David's team came in and did a fast, efficient and safe job removing a fire shield above our furnace that was disintegrating as well as removing tiles in a couple areas. Very happy to not have to worry now

    Great Service !

    David at Amosite helped me with a small , but tricky, asbestos problem. I'm impressed with the knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly service. Great resource ! It was a pleasure to deal with such a decent, competent man !

    Asbestos Testing

    I recently bought an old Victorian townhome and wanted to ensure there was no asbestos before starting to work on the house. The person who came was polite and very thorough. He gave me a couple options for sampling and analysis. Testing happened quickly and I got the results later that day. I would recommend using this company of you have any concerns asbestos.

    Asbestos testing

    David and Amosite provide prompt and friendly service. Gabriel collected 10 samples Friday morning and had our results by Friday afternoon. They provided us with guidance and education on asbestos containing materials. Highly recommend them to anybody who is concerned about asbestos in their home and want an A to Z company for the identification and disposal of asbestos containing materials.

    Super knowledgeable and gave us peace of mind

    We recently bought a 1970s bungalow with a popcorn ceiling in the basement, which we were concerned may have asbestos. Gabriel did a walk through of our house and found the ceiling to be the only suspect material, but didn’t push us to get it tested, since we weren’t planning to reno anytime soon. He shared his knowledge on the walk through and gave us lots of peace of mind as we get to know more about our new (old) house! Highly recommended and will have them back when we do start renovating.
