~ Amazing, amazing, amazing! After dealing with two other companies I went back on my search and found Applewood Air. The others had tried dragging me in to getting central air systems and duct cleaning that I didn’t even ask for. I had spent the past two winters only using space heaters and I didn’t plan on spending another winter like that. Let me just say… the service was great! They were straight to the point and easy to talk to. I wasn’t dragged in to anything I didn’t need and they finished the job quicker than I expected. I’m very pleased! ~ Most definitely recommended! The service was great, they repairmen were nice and helpful and you cannot beat their prices. After dealing with my poor working furnace for just so long, I gave in and decided to get it looked at. They stopped by the next day, gave it a look, found the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. This is my number choice for any future necessities. ~ My wife and I had been thinking about replacing our furnace for the past couple of years now. We no longer could hold it off when a couple of weeks ago it decided not to work. I needed to find a replacement and fast, so when I came across Applewood Air, it sounded like a good company and thought I would give it a try. When I called they were pleasant to talk to and told me everything I needed to know. Two days later they were here replacing my furnace and I am happy with their work.

Applewood did a great job! I called various companies and decided to go with Applewood to begin with due to their friendly sales staff. I spoke with Brendan, he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me exactly how my new equipment would work. The installation crew was on time and polite; all and all this was a great experience!

Yesterday my hot water tank stopped working and I called these guys for help. They were very professional on the phone and got here very quickly. They were able to solve the problem within minutes and at a reasonable price too. I am so happy to have hot water again and it's all thanks to their great service. Very professional and reliable work. I am very satisfied and would gladly use their service again in the future.

It's because of Applewood that our family won't have to freeze our butts off this winter! The cold winter nights began setting in when we realized our furnace was out of whack. After making a few calls to some random companies, we found Applewood to be the most courteous and helpful -- offering furnace repair at a reasonable price. We were able to secure an appointment quite quickly. And within days, a repairman was at our door ready to get working. The actual repair took only a few hours, which was extremely impressive ... considering our last furnace repair (2 years ago) took several days to complete. Our repairman was so generous that he even made a few minor maintenance adjustments to our furnace at no extra cost. It's been a little over a week since we got our heat back on, and an Applewood rep followed up to make sure everything was still in working order. We found the phone call very courteous, considering other repairmen seemed to disappear on us once payment was complete. I'd highly recommend this Mississauga-based company. When summer rolls around (and if our A/C is broken!) we will definitely be calling Applewood to fix that too!

When my old central AC stopped working, I read online reviews and decided to go for Applewood Air - it has the best price-value of almost any large supplier. I am pleased with my purchase, and the warranty ensures I have faith in the longevity of this product. Highly recommended!

Called these guys on a thuirsday, and one week, 5 days later they came an uninstalled my previous furnace and air, and replaced with top of the line hi efficency furnace and air. The job went great. I even had one small problem and the next day the guys came back and fixed my issue. What a great company, easy sales, and wonderful installers.

Applewood has provided very reliable service, in a timely fashion when my air conditioner stopped working this summer. They immediately sent out an employee to replace the old air conditioner with a new efficient unit, for a great price.

UNRELIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLIENTS!!! I called 2 times in the past telling that my furnace is not turning on sometimes. I had noticed it during the day times in few occasions in the past, turned off / on from the thermostat and it was somehow working back. Customer service associates excuse was that this is a normal thing even if wouldn’t do anything it will do it by himself with the resetting. Today (Nov 8th Thursday) nothing helped to re-start the furnace. Called around 9 pm, almost 10 min on hold, no one to be reached, tried again after few minutes, again no one to be reached. Called again around 9:30 pm and waited until I reached someone at the so called “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” department. A lady took my information and told me I would get a phone call from one of the tech in 2 or less hr’s. Phoned back at 11:30 pm to get a status updated. This time a male “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” staff p/u the line and said that they have dispatched my information I should continue to wait patiently? ... When I asked him if there is anything that I should do for safety purposes he said with a very rude attitude that he is not a furnace expert. Asking him when I should expect a phone call the answer was “NO IDEA, WE ARE TAKING THE CALLS ONLY” What an “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” It is 12:01 AM, no heat, no phone calls, no instruction/warnings for any safety precautions, no advice for self trouble shooting and still counting... I have received phone around 8 am and they said to me that the technician should arrive before noon. I have 2 gentleman’s coming around 9 ~ 9:30 am. They quickly diagnosed the problem that didn’t let the furnace pilot light ignite. 10 min, problem solved... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND CAN’T IMAGE WHAT COULD HAVE WE DONE IF IT WAS MINUS 20 – 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE...

This company products are amazing. The heaters can save you hundreds of dollars each year. It keeps me warm all winter. They are Stainless steel its a secondary heat exchanger allows the furnace to reach high efficiency levels by capturing additional heat. They have great pricing and discounts. The service is outstanding, they are friendly and help you in everything you have questions in. I feel like it is defently worth you money and you will be happy with their services.

When it comes to furnace repair and installation or anything to do with furnaces for that matter, it's easy to get stressed out -- especially in late fall or the dead of winter. If things don't go well, you end up freezing and out of a lot of money. This is why I was so relieved that Applewood Air installed my new furnace into my (old and creaky) home with care, professionalism and efficiency – and at pretty good cost too. I’m pleased to say that I’m writing this review all warm and toasty from the comfort of my home thanks to Applewood Air. I highly recommend them.
