The Belyea team delivered another great project for me. They installed my new air to air heat pump and furnace on time and on budget. The team on-site were friendly and knowledgable, and were very careful to keep my house clean when they were working inside. This wasn't my first time using Belyea, and it won't be my last. Thanks!

Dennis and Ian from Belyea did an excellent job removing our 25 year old furnace and installing a new one. Dennis went above and beyond to get the installation scheduled as soon as possible. Belyea completed work related to our underpinning. They lowered and installed our furnace, and washer/dryer. Though there were some hiccups, I was greatly impressed by their willingness to return and rectify the issues we had. Ryan Spain, in particular, was wonderful to work with. That human error sometimes occur is natural, yet not many are willing to apologize, and ably rectify the issue. I'd call Belyea Brothers again in a heartbeat.

Kudos for quick response time and prioritizing replacement. Dennis was courteous from start to finish, explained options available and provided recommendations based on our current and future needs. Belyea replaced a part on my boiler that was leaking. Dennis, the repairman, wan courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and had no problem diagnosing the problem and replacing the necessary. Their response time was good and I would definitely use them again.

We contracted Belyea Bros. to upgrade our electrical panel to 200 AMP and we received professional service from start to finish. The Electrical Dept manager visited our home, met with me, and clearly answered our questions BEFORE providing us a fair quote. He then took care of all the required paperwork, permits, and coordination with Toronto Hydro for an agreed upon date to shut off the power. On the day of the scheduled work, a team of four arrived at our home at 8 a.m. and they worked endlessly under pressure to ensure that the installation was done before Toronto Hydro's scheduled appointment to restore the electrical power at the end of day. The electrical manager also visited the job site during the day to inspect the work and reassure us that everything was on track as planned. Once the power was restored, they remained until 6 p.m. to test all the circuits and label the panel box. They then did a walkthrough of the exterior to show us our new meter and back inside to demonstrate the new panel box and answer our questions. Finally, they cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. As a homeowner, it was a pleasure to deal with a contractor that worked professionally, with integrity and clearly communicated to us the entire process and time involved. In summary, I highly recommend them if you want a worry free experience on one of the key components in your home.

My experience with Belyea Brothers was exceptional to begin with. I had a gas leak and my meter was shut off. Indy the service manager was extremely prompt from my initial inquiry which was made after hours. A service technician followed up the next day for an assembly and estimate. I was able to reach the service manager on the weekend to ask questions and book a service date. On the date of the service, both Dennis and Omid the licensed gas fitters, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions and respecting mask wearing and shoe coverings. UPDATE I had a gas leak thereafter in the house and called the gas company. Upon inspection they determined that the installer did not install the proper fittings or shut off handles or labels for two of the gas appliances when installing the new gas line. Gas to the home was tagged and shut off. Had to call the company back to fix the problems. On top of the technicians knocked off the wires to my home security alarm, rendering it inoperable. I was told that costs would be reimbursed but have not received any compensation to date.

Very happy with the service provided by Dennis. He was so friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning the AC unit. Dennis ensured everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He also cleaned the area up prior to leaving. Thanks, Dennis and Belyea Bros. Would definitely recommend their services.

Installed boiler 11 years ago and they do annual maintenance. Very professional both in office and home technicians.
