We ordered install in 2021 but due to supply chain issues install was delayed until April. They did a great job, were neat and tidy and were completely professional. Still need to see how everything works when it gets hot but generally very happy.

Belyea has done a number of jobs for me, including boiler service and installation of split air conditioners. All work has been done professionally and satisfactory. I can certainly recommend them.

Renovating my second house and having used Belyea on my first, I still sourced several quotes for the necessary work. Belyea's solutions to the challenges this old house was facing were by far the most practical and the quote was only a little more than two other companies and less than one other. The Steve G and the teams that worked on this job were respectful, professional and collaborative with me and all the other trades they encountered on the job site.

Having moved into a new house in January, we immediately faced countless issues, including a horrid porch leak and malfunctioning radiators. The team at Belyea were quick to the rescue and generous with their time. Knowledgeable David visited us right away to advise, free of charge, and had the repair (new expansion tank and auto-feed + pipe repair) arranged quickly and at a reasonable price by Marco and Ben. Fast forward a few weeks to a new pipe leak (this time squirrels were the culprits!) - Marco and Andrew kindly paid a house call and generously repaired the pipe free of charge... We will be using Belyea again! Highly recommend their services.

I have found it difficult to find a trustworthy HVAC contractor. Many come in to deal with an equipment fault and then spend most of their time criticizing the installation of the boiler or tankless heater by the original installer. Then they will tag every minor deviation from code and try to extort more money from you to correct these problems, even if they have nothing to do with safety. Unfortunately Belyea Brothers seems to be one of these untrustworthy companies.

We were not happy with our previous boiler/radiator maintenance company as many of the rads in our house were not working after the annual maintenance. A pipe burst late in the evening during the most recent snow storm and I tried Belyea who has an after hours emergency service. They came within an hour to shut down the system very late at night. Once the plumber repaired the pipe, Belyea recommended work to prevent future freezing (pump running 24/7 in winter) and got all rads working properly.

Great service from Deo at Belyea Bros Limited. He diagnosed & fixed my A/C problem in a timely and professional matter. A nice guy who was very helpful in explaining the system to me, and took the time to answer all my questions. He provided great service and educated me as well. Very helpful! Highly recommended!

The boiler I purchased from Belyea Bros in Sept 2012 has proven very expensive to maintain. I have spent close to $2500 in the past 20 months (4 different repairs).
