    Water Heater Replacement

    Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly late one night. Within 15 minutes of contacting Belyea Bros. I got a call back from Stephen, who offered to come by to take a look in the next hour! Stephen quickly determined the best option given my space (very narrow basement stairs) and budget (wasn't ready to take the plunge on a pricier tankless system). He was extremely knowledgable and took time to explain everything in detail without rushing. Stephen had already blocked off his team of Berris and Wilson for the next day in case I decided to go with Belyea. Given the promptness of their response and my comfort in my interactions with Stephen, I decided to go with them immediately. The next day the team showed up on time, removed the old water heater, connected the new one, cleaned up and showed me how everything works, all within just over an hour. Fully recommend Belyea Bros. for all of your heating or cooling needs, will be using them again for some other upcoming projects for sure.

    Annual boiler service

    Belyea Brothers sent an email ahead of time with the name and photo of the technician, so we knew who was coming. The technician, Dylan, phoned ahead to say he was on his way, arrived in a timely fashion, was polite, neat and tidy as he entered the house. He conducted routine checks on the heating system and left things in excellent shape. This is a reliable company.

    Hot water radiators hooked and furnace repair

    The were on time and very professional. Did the install according to my specific wants and needs. Left the site clean and showed complete respect for my home. Good job and my thanks to the team. John Henry

    Boiler maintenance and heating advice

    We bought a high-efficiency boiler from Belyea several years ago. We're very pleased with it and with Belyea. We've found Belyea staff to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful. While at first our new system made more noise than we would have liked, Belyea responded immediately and quickly solved the problem. Zahid initially assessed our old boiler and has done the recommended annual maintenance on our new one, most recently on November 8, 2017. We rely on him for advice on all heating questions. He is tops, tops, tops!

    New Furnace

    Hello My husband and I had a new furnace installed In March 2017 by Belyea Brothers on Harewood Avenue. Jamieson was our rep and was very helpful in providing us information and answering our questions which helped us to decide on a furnace for us. We decided on a Daikin Furnace. DM96VC060, two stage furnace with an ECM Fan.The install was done very professionally. Everything was cleaned up when the installers left. The furnace is very quiet. A short time after the furnace was installed we heard from a friend that he also put in a Daikin Furnace and he too was very pleased with the furnace. We have not used the furnace during the cold winter months yet. We are hoping to see a reduction in our electrical bill and a reduction on our gas consumption as well over this coming winter.

    Boiler and Furnace maintenance

    Anthony M. was recently in to do the annual maintenance on both my boiler and furnace (yes, I have one of each). He arrived inside the agreed time window and called ahead with a more precise arrival time. I like that. Anthony was very professional and thorough.

    New tankless combo boiler and hot water installation

    The professionals from Belyea Brothers recently installed a new boiler and hot water system unit. We are more than happy with the professionalism of the first investigators to the excellent installers. Everything was done as promised and there were no surprises. I I would highly recommend this company.

    supplied/installed Goodman high efficiency furnace & John Wood hot water tank

    Belyea Brothers has to be tops in service, quality product and knowledgeable and caring experts. Jamieson Murray, Belyea Systems Consultant, provided the most competitive and fair estimate for supplying and installing excellent products. He answered all my questions and responded to all my concerns and was hugely flexible re: changes in installation schedule. Damien Jones and Matthew Backman, Belyea's expert HVAC technicians, made installation perfect and fulfilled all terms of the agreement without a flaw - including the wall venting according to requirements. They were such great guys and so pleasant and accodating. They left my furnace room and access in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. I have praised Belyea Brothers far and wide and recommend their services above all others. Thank you, Jamieson, thank you, Damion and Matthew, thank you, Elaine, in Customer Services and the whole Belyea Brothers team. Amazing! Marilyn Cook

    Furnace Service/Maintenance

    After many years with another HVAC that had become unreliable, I just switched to Belyea Bros. Scheduling was easy, and I even got a confirmation email the day before complete with a photo & name of the technician who'd be coming (I really appreciated this touch - it's nice to be able to recognize the person your inviting into your home). Paul came on time, was friendly, professional and tidy. I am glad I made the switch.

    Excellent Technician

    Deo R. came to service our furnace, as part of our annual service agreement. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived within the appointment time range, wore booties over his shoes and cleaned up after the service. Deo found and repaired a technical / safety issue with the furnace. Apparently the high temp shut off function was not working properly and Deo diagnosed this and corrected the situation. He said that we will now have better overall heating as well as being safe. Thank you Deo!
