    Ecobee installation and boiler repairs

    Anthony M. provided exceptional service! Clearly communicated all the details, walked us through what he did, why he needed to do it. Very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Really nothing more you could ask!

    Combi wall mounted high efficiency gas boiler installation

    We were extremely happy with Belyea Bros Limited and were especially impressed with the technicians who installed our new combi wall mounted high efficiency gas boiler (Matthew B. and Damien J.) They were professional, helpful, took their time to do the job right, and the final product looks and works great. We're going to show this thing off. This is how it should be done!! Jessica G.

    Annual boiler maintenance

    Jonathan C. came within the maintenance window and very kindly quickly reviewed the use of a new radiator, installed by Belyea at an earlier date. He then moved on to the task at hand, and gave me a complete report (all good!) at the end of his work. I recommend Belyea Bros. for trusted service.

    Combi boiler & water heater

    Jamieson Murray of Belyea Brothers provided excellent service in outlining our house and water heating options, arranging for the financing and installation of a combi boiler/water heater in our 1936 two-storey home. Jamieson answered all of our questions, completed a thorough and professional job for us, and will continue to be our contact for any future questions or concerns. The Belyea installation team removed our old boiler and water heater and finished their work in a fast and efficient manner.

    Annual Service Review

    Switched to Belyea Bros several years ago; chose them because of their reviews. Their service has been EXCELENT. Anthony just completed my annual furnace check/tuneup. He arrived on time in the service window and was extremely courteous. He was thorough and explained all that he did.

    Ductless Air Conditioning and replacement gas combi boiler furnance

    We decided to upgrade both our heating (from oil to gas) and cooling systems this year. Belyea helped us through the process, from planning our best options, to helping coordinate the installation of gas, the removal of our old oil tank and furnace and finally installing the new systems. We implemented ductless AC in addition to the new gas combi boiler. Our initial contact Bruce stayed in tough throughout and all the people we worked with were very courteous and responsive, the whole process went very smoothly.

    Replace old boiler piping

    Paul & Marko were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the job earlier than expected, showed me how to bleed my rads, cleaned up afterwards & they also serviced my boiler. Thanks guys!

    Furnace and air conditioner maintenance

    The fellows who come are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. All is working well, so I assume they do an efficient job. We have been with Belyea for over twenty years.

    Fall Furnace tune up

    Anthony arrived early in the service window and as usual was courteous, organized, quick and efficient. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions fully. We switched to Belyea several years ago and the service is always outstanding.

    Maintenance on our air conditioning unit

    Anthony was great, he came in, was extremely polite, pleasant and was extremely clear with what needed to be done. He did the work and left everything tidy and wasn't pushing for me to do a whole bunch of other work. Very professional.
