    Air conditioner annual maintenance

    Booked my annual maintenance for the ductless air conditioner and was given a morning appointment window between 8am and noon. I was delighted when Anthony arrived just after 8am! He was very professional and thorough. I also use Belyea Bros for my boiler maintenance.

    AC maintenance and new installation

    Used Belyea brothers for 16 years to maintain my ductless AC. Excellent, friendly and professional and worth the investment as AC lasted 16 years! Today, Damien Jones and Matthew Backman installed a new AC unit and I was impressed at their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. This company has provided me great service!

    lighting fixture installation

    You couldn't ask for a more professional, skilled and friendly electrician than Chris. Although he faced several challenges in replacing the chandelier with an antique one missing parts, he was innovative and meticulous. I highly recommend Chris and Belyea Brothers. Sherie P.

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    We always request for Jon to come for service maintenance. this time was for the air conditioner. He is very polite and knowledgeable. If he finds anything wrong, we trust he will fix it properly. We will request him again in the fall for the furnace

    Annual A/C Service/Tuneup - 2 Mitsus

    Belyea tech Julio arrived on time, donned his booties, and quietly went to work doing our annual Maintenance service on our 2 Mitsu ductless air conditioners. Well done....amiable young man too. Good stuff.

    Always dependable

    I'm on an annual contract plan, so can't remember what I pay for annual service, but I know it's reasonable. Have used Belyea for years for our furnace, water heater and central and ductless air conditioner. Well run company. Every serviceman has always been knowledgeable, polite, wears a clean uniform and puts on booties to protect your floors.

    Water Heater Purchase and Install

    I was very pleased with the work Belyea Bros did. Stephen came to our home not once but twice to complete the transaction. He was always polite and worked around our schedule. He did a very good job educating us about our options. After comparing with other companies we decided to rent our water heater from Belyea Bros. Stephen came out again to close the deal. The install was completed promptly and professionally. Have had water heater for 3 months now with no issue.

    Tankless Water Heater/Boiler Service Repair

    A very knowledgeable Tech. showed up on time and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He had the spare parts needed to repair my Baxi tankless boiler and water heater. Great service.
