    Tankless water heater leak

    After a city water upgrade, my tankless water heater started leaking. Belyea quickly diagnosed the problem being the result of the increased water pressure into my house, and installed an expansion tank to compensate. The problem instantly went away. Quick and painless. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me. He first tried to replace the leaky valve (which would have cost me nothing), and when that didn't address the problem, he presented me with the option of the expansion tank. I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.

    Annual Ductless AC Maintenance

    Setup an appointment for the annual maintenance and confirmed the date I chose was available. Received an e-mail reminder the day before. Anthony the technician arrived within the time window and quickly, quietly went about his work. He recommended deep cleaning the fan which was certainly needed. as always, Anthony was courteous and left everything need and clean.

    Replace hot water boiler combo heater

    The technicians were professional, polite and did exemplary work. The installation is neat and tidy and the cleanup was excellent. We were very impressed.

    Installation of new water heater

    Paul and Marco of Belyea Bros. did a great job installing a new water heater in a fairly confined space. They quickly and efficiently removed the old water heater and installed the new one in record time. They were courteous and professional and took care to clean up after the job was complete. Thank you for the great service!

    Ductless Air Conditioning

    From inquiry to quote to installation to inspection the fellows at Belyea were superb: Dave, Brent, Damien and Matthew.The a/c unit was installed, neatly, in one day -- as was the new breaker panel that it necessitated. Communication was their strongest element! Price reasonable too.

    Spring Maintenance of Air Conditioner

    We've been delighted Belyea Bros clients for several years now — after the installation of both a new furnace and an air-conditioning system in a Victorian Annex semi. The staff are a pleasure to deal with, as are the technicians. Anthony Mazzatenta did the spring check-up of our Attic Pak A/C unit a few days ago. He arrived on time and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable — and very patient at explaining everything to us! We look forward to welcoming him back. Thanks again to Belyea Bros for making our winters warm, and our summers lovely and cool....:)

    Central air conditioner

    Marco and Paul were excellent installers with belyea. They worked non stop until the installation was complete. They tested the air conditioning to make sure it was working properly before they left and asked if I had any questions. I also had my furnace installed with belyea in 2012 and I highly recommend this company for home heating and cooling systems.

    Quickly came out to look at our broken water heater and replaced the next day.

    New furnace installation

    Very professional. Arrived on time, completed as planned. Very tidy - cleaned up after completion. Also very informative. Gave direction and advice on new furnace.
