    Furnace maintenance

    All service personnel have been knowledgable and efficient doing their work . Also these people have cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

    Very satisfied customer...

    Excellent service call by Gio and Paul to replace 4 pumps for our heating system. They were fast, made no mess and were pleasant to have in the house. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

    furnace maintenance

    Anthony, whom I always ask for, arrived promptly and checked everything thoroughly. He noted that the batteries on the thermostat were low and changed them. He then spent three-quarters of an hour checking out the furnace, replacing the filter and humidifier pad. Anthony is always pleasant and helpful, and I feel confident in his knowledge.

    Yearly Maintenance

    Belyea is efficient and reliable in looking after my boiler. They have repaired some of my radiators in the past and answered questions by phone about a temporary problem with the furnace. This year Anthony took extra care in cleaning the equipment. He also spent time fixing my thermostat -- which, it turns out, had faulty wiring. I pay a premium for a maintenance plan, but it's worth it to avoid emergencies.

    central air conditioning

    In June 2016 we had a serious problem with our Carrier central AC—the coolant had completely leaked out. It took 3 visits (a leak test to determine where the leak was that requires several days of measuring testing gas pumped into the system). It was a complicated process but the technician handled it very capably. The replacement part—turned out to be a bad coil—was covered by our service plan/Carrier warranty, though we had to pay for the testing and labor. In general Belyea Bros is a very solid and reliable company.

    Prompt and friendly service

    From the first phone call, Belyea Bros. displayed professional and friendly service. Stephen did a quick phone assessment of our humidifier needs via phone, and we set up an appointment for him to come by and do specific measurements, as well as for our furnace to be serviced. Dylan was our furnace specialist, and he did a thorough and professional job of cleaning our unit, as well as pointing out some very necessary repairs overlooked by our last repair call (another company). Stephen immediately checked the very packed schedule (October is when folks begin thinking about furnaces!) and managed to get us a same-day appointment for both our repair and the installation of a new humidifier thanks to a last-minute cancellation. Both Stephen and Dylan took the time to carefully explain what we needed, and generally provided excellent customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belyea Bros to our friends and neighbours, and we're very happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy heating and cooling company!

    Replaced boiler and domestic hot water tank.

    Top notch service at every level. This is the second big job that Belyea Bros has done for me, the first being an attic mount air conditioner 2 years ago. The salesman I dealt with - Bruce - is a credit to his profession. He knows his stuff, considers the context of your home, and ensures you are getting the best product for your needs. The installers were punctual, friendly and thorough, and the end result is clean and compact, especially when compared to the maze of old piping I had before. I had a couple of followup questions, and the staff at Belyea were prompt in getting back to me, and were able to quickly and confidently answer me.

    Fast, courteous, punctual, clean service

    We had an old furnace replaced, A/C put in for the first time, an old water heater replaced with a tankless in 100+ YO house. There was lots of potential for error and frustration, not to mention cost and mess. But this crew was excellent .... on time, polite, friendly, tidy, efficient and estimated their timing perfectly. We were so pleased that I joined Homestar solely to give them this review. Crew was with Damien in late June, 2016.

    new boiler

    Giovanni and Paul are a dream team. Polite, personable competent and they cleaned up. Unbelieveable. Best work I have seen in the last 5 years of reno. And David loves his boilers. Thanks guys. Great job.

    furnace and AC maintenance

    Belyea is by far the best heating and AC company I have ever dealt with (I'm over 70). They installed a furnace for me a few years ago, an excellent furnace for a reasonable price. I now have an annual service contract with them for the furnace and my AC unit. The serviceman is always punctual, friendly, helpful and efficient. Today my furnace was serviced by Anthony and he did an excellent job.
