This is our second system installed by Delta, the first at a previous home. There was a reason we chose them a second time. Of all the companies we had out to quote, Scott was the easiest to talk to, and the person I felt most comfortable with for the install of our unit. The first unit we had installed by them went off without a hitch. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a top notch job. This time around we weren't as happy with the installers. They left some very large gaps around the transition from the old duct to new, and around the air con. coil. We did raise this issue to our rep. and it was fixed a few weeks later. In the end we are ver happy with the job they did. We would defiantly use them again for any further hvac needs.

I had Delta Air Systems install a furnace for me on Dec. 7th of this year. I found the salesman Scott, to be extremely helpful when choosing what would be appropriate for my home. He was very professional and honest and did not try to oversell me .Some of the other companies that I had give me a quote, tried to sell me more than I wanted or needed. When the installers came, they were on time, put down sheets everywhere to protect my floors and carpet, were very respectful of my time and home. They went about their job with few interuptions . Any questions were asked very politely. When they left my home it was as if they had not been there- clean and the basement where they were working, was neat , tidy and clean. The new lines were marked clearly. Scott came by a few days later to check the system and is recommending a slight change in the position of the filter . He checked it all out and explained the usage of the new thermostat. He offered to come back if I had any questions to help me out. He told me that I could call him any time. Delta exceeded our expectations at every turn. There installation was flawless, and there follow up to ensure our satisfaction was incredible. We are moving forward getting our air conditioning and our other property updated by Delta. I expected the installation to be invasive, loud and messy... and it was the exact opposite... we barely knew they were there. Our experience with Delta Air Systems has been very positive, right from the initial visit with Scott Padfield who outlined our options through to the installation process and beyond. After we decided on a Lennox SLP98 system with intelligent thermostat and humidifier, Brian and his crew made sure that the job was completed to a very high standard. We are very impressed with the level of service and feel confident that any future HVAC needs would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Shortly before this past Christmas my furnace required replacement. After meeting with several vendors I chose Delta Air Systems Ltd. to supply and install a new furnace and remove my old system. To begin with I found the sales information that you provided both helpful and informative without being ‘pushy’. Your installation crew was punctual, tidy and acted in a professional manner. My particular installers were very talented. Quality of work was excellent. Sales followed up to determine satisfaction level. When one of the new ducts was found to be sized wrong they di not jury rig but had the shop manufacture a new one.

We had a few different companies come in for an estimate, but decided to go with Delta because they seemed very knowledgeable about the products and about what we would need. They didn't try to 'upsell' us or anything, just told us what would be best for our needs and our budget. They were very helpful in explaining how the furnace actually works so that we could make an informed decision. On the day of the installation, the 2 workers that came were very polite, and efficient. They cleaned up any mess they made and took they old furnace with them. In the future, I would definintely recommend Delta to friends and family

We contracted Delta for HVAC work and to add a gas fireplace. The workmanship was outstanding. They stuck to the price quoted and completed the work on schedule. The advice they gave added value to the finished product and the attention to detail made the job run smooth. From the rough-in to the finish we found everyone from Delta very professional to work with. I highly recommend using them.

I come from a slightly different standpoint in that I have so far contracted Delta Air to install 2 complete installs that were both previously electric baseboards in rental units. Glenn (thier salesman) has been extremely professional and been an invaluable resource as I continue to look at future purchases. He has provide quotes on each project - the final bill has always come in at or below the quoted price. I find that many other contractors final bills are much higher than thier original quote. The installers and technicians have been great to work with, have been very courtious and done a great job. As well they were flexible to assist us with work within city bylaws. When we ran into a hiccup when first firing the furnace Delta had a technician in the house within hours! I would recommend Delta Air to anyone and putting my money where my mouth is have lined them up for 2 more jobs.

Their salesman Stan Blomberg came to my house, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the systems and what would work best for my home. The install was completely painless and the techs took the time to make sure I knew everything about the system. The owner Vince Blair even stopped by to make sure I was satisfied. Great experience - a highly recommended company.
