My experience with Dodds was amazing. Michael, the sales rep, was so informative and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Helped me to select the perfect garage doors and they had the colour option i wanted! Installers as they had to come back to replace a window) were all AMAZING! They were kind, polite, clean and pleasant to chat with. It is obvious that their installers are also very knowledgeable and they helped to reinforce my decision about the doors i selected. Mustafa, their Project Coordinator was also great to work with. He was responsive and ensured that my doors were installed in a timely manner. Great job Dodds - i am happy to recommend your service and product!

This corporation's size is too extensive to genuinely prioritize the concerns of a small homeowner. I highly recommend opting for a smaller business instead of Dodds. My recently installed top-of-the-line Platinum series Garage door (Estimate# 198240630 & Invoice# 201191198), equipped with various warranties and support, was installed on 8/25/2023. The garage door exhibited multiple damages upon its initial unboxing (pictures attached). I reported the damages to the installer, acknowledging that accidents and damages can occur during shipping. The installer assured me that all damaged parts would be replaced. On 8/29/2023, I contacted Dodds North York, detailing the damages, and was instructed to send pictures. They communicated that they would order two damaged sections, expecting them to arrive in 4 weeks. They assured me that they would then schedule a technician to replace the damaged sections. After 6 weeks with no updates, I made multiple calls to determine the parts' status. My project coordinator finally informed me that the glass panel frame had arrived and scheduled a technician for 11/15/2023. I clarified that it was not the glass panel but the entire two sections that needed replacement due to multiple damages. The coordinator dismissed my concerns and insisted on the technician assessing it. On November 15th, two technicians arrived, acknowledged the need for two sections instead of just the glass frame, and assured me that the project coordinator would contact me about the next steps. Today, on December 5th, no one has reached out to me, leaving me uninformed about the parts' status. There has been zero communication. Having invested in a premium garage door with warranties, enduring 3 and a half months with a defective door and no information on its resolution is disappointing. Dodds' expensive doors are hard to justify with this level of service. I'm exhausted from making multiple calls, only to be told that the coordinator handling my file will reach out shortly, which never happens. If a 0-star rating were an option, I would choose it. I urge others not to fall for this brand and their deceptive warranties and false promises.

I was so happy to receive such amazing service from the office. A quick appointment was scheduled, and I received email updates regarding the appointment. Roberto was absolutely excellent. He resolved the broken track on the garage door, and he even noticed another issue with the door's light sensor. All the work was completed so quickly. It's so nice to receive this kind of service and care when I was stressed about the garage door repair! Grateful.

We are one happy customer dealing with DODDS. Although there was a bit of delay on the supply and installation, it is still worth the wait. They make sure that their clients are happy and satisfied. We had three garage doors replaced complete with weather stripping, and new door openers. The work was completed in six hours. Installation went very smoothly and cleanup was excellent.

Stan and Mustufa did a great job and we are happy with the barndoor look for our modern farmhouse. The process was smooth and delivered on time and budget.

Very pleased with the new installation of two single garages. The new garage doors enhance the look of my house and the neighborhood, omgosh! The price is a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I had a single garage door (carriage style) installed by Dodds Doors and they did an exceptional job. I did a lot of research and obtained quotes prior to choosing Dodds. The sales person presented the facts about the doors that would best suit my needs with an older garage. The installer did a fantastic job ensuring I knew exactly how the door would be installed. He was professional, efficient, cleaned up and friendly. The capping was completed a couple weeks later as discussed and the workman did a beautiful job finishing off the door.

From the moment we contacted Dodds to replace our damaged garage door, we were received with the most courteous and helpful people. Dodds assisted us every step of the way, from product selection all the way to installation. Notably, their installers are VERY hard working!
