We are delighted to provide the following review. We chose Dodd's Garage Doors to do our garage door replacement.The sales representative Trevor was great to deal with and our doors arrived earlier than what they said they would which was wonderful! The installation experience was exceptional. Zaza and his son handled this and they are truly two professionals. While his son expertly installed the 3 garage doors Zaza followed up the following day with capping and caulking. Zaza is an artist! The quality of the installation and workmanship on the capping was truly impressive. We are really glad that we chose Dodd's for this job and feel we were really fortunate in getting two expert installation experts in Zaza and his son. 10/10!!!!

Had a great experience with Dodds Garage Door Service team. The same day service was excellent!

The technician, Dan was knowledgeable and helpful. Replacements were supplied and re-programmed all in good time. Here we are 7 months later and we need to replace our garage door opener. When we called Dodds back on May 12, 2023 to find out what was wrong with our opener we were told it was the keypad. The problem was solved until now. Here we are $368. later, (paid this in May to Dodds) we have now called another company and have had to replace the entire garage door opener. The problemthe garage door would only lift about a foot and had to be continually tried until it would fully open. This was the problem back in May. NOT the keypad. The May contact with Dodds will be the last contact we will have with Dodds. Our initial rating has now dropped to a 1.

The doors discolored. Not worth the extra price for the name if the quality is subpar. Salesman and installers were great but the product not so much

Was unable to close garage door; called for service. Quick next day repair person came, replaced hinge, lubricated, explained the torsion tension spring issue. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, quick service.

Dodds is experienced, friendly and courteous. From the appointment process to the tech arriving on site, all went very smoothly. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Doods.

Technician, Paulo, came and reconnected the lever that was loose and put in some extra reinforcement to make sure it would hold in the future. Also, he reset the garage door opener. He was professional, courteous and helpful.

Garage door was stuck in closed position. Dodds Doorss tech arrived in about 2 hours. Problem was broken cable used to lift door. Repair took about an hour including general track cleaning and lubrication. This was in an unheated garage on the coldest Toronto day of the year.

Dodd's responded quickly to repair an old door spring that broke and failed. I am able to open and close my existing door, also quite old, until a new door is installed in the next few weeks. Dodds technical and sales staff worked together to resolve my interim needs and will provide a much needed new door in the next few weeks.
