Very satisfied with the work done. The problem (cable broken) immediately, the work took less than 1/2 an hour to complete and everything works great now.

Outdoor keypad broke after 19 years. Called Dodds and they came next day. He quickly replaced it and did a full inspection including lubricating hinges.

Dodds originally installed my garage door and opener a number of years ago. The door required new springs several years ago and the repair was done by Dodds then quickly and efficiently. Most recently, the door opener needed to be replaced. Dodds once again completed the replacement as quickly and efficiently as before. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for garage door needs.

One of the cables came off he wheel, i fixed it but it popped off shortly after. Don came and explained why it did that (christmas light cord) and he fixed it quickly and lubricated the track as it was not smooth rolling. Happy with the service

Do not purchase garage doors with frosted windows as the frosting comes off when the weather is cold and damp. Dodds will not replace or repair my door even though it's been an issue for over 2 years.

I had a problem with my garage door and Roberto did an excellent work. He fixed the problem, explained everything, give me tips for maintenance and even lubricate all the hinges. Dodds, give this man a raise, he deserves it. He is the face of the company. Thanks again Roberto!!!
