Great Service. I called and was able to easily book an appointment. When they arrived they quickly fixed the problem (broken spring) and then also did so basic maintenance work on my 2nd garage door at no additional cost. Would definitely call them again.

The tech reprogrammed the wireless code my unit for the wireless system explaining that I might be getting interference from some other wireless device close by. No one asks you if you changed your remote batteries. His next proposed step was to install a new control panel for $400-$500. All I needed was $20 in batteries and my own powers of deduction. Move the remote far enough and the problem stops. Be aware that if the batteries in your remote get low they will work to open and close by touch but they will also send erratic signals to open and close on their own.

Excellent Customer Service, Matthew R. Was assigned to my residence. Matthew arrived on time and installed the opener, cleaned up after finishing the installation. Matthew was very polite, understanding and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions professionally and showed me how to lubricate the rollers for smooth operation of the opener. Great communicators! They were able to come the same day for an urgent repair, and sent a picture of the person who would be coming to our place in advance. The service man arrived when he said he would, and was both friendly and competent. All for a small repair for them, but a life saver for me.

Our installation was completed by Hamid. He was very friendly and personable. He took great care with the removal and disposal of our old garage door and was meticulous while installing the new door. We are so happy with the installation and how professional Hamid is.

Hello, I am writing this email to express our gratitude to Dodd's Doors. Today we had our new garage door installed and the work was impeccable. The installer was very friendly, left the work area as clean as it was before he arrived, and his workmanship was exceptional. In addition to installing our garage door, he also installed a garage door opener. The wiring work is neat and tidy, and the unit works perfectly. I also want to mention how well our initial sales consultation went. The salesman (Mike B.) was honest, friendly, and very helpful. We had met with a few other sales consultants and we knew within the first 5 minutes that Mike was different and that Dodd's would be the company we would go with.
