Dodds provided next morning repair of a broken spring. Cost was fair and reasonable. Tech was very courteous. They have an excellent GPS tracking system to follow technician en route to your home.

This is the second time I have used Dodds Garage Doors. In both cases they were able to service my door the next day minimizing impact to me. Their serviceman arrived in the window given, was professional and completed the job quickly and without fuss. It is great to work with a company that consistently delivers quality service!

Our Dodds garage door looks absolutely fantastic! Our installer, Zaza, Was punctual, professional, thorough and very pleasant to work with. He had to install the door in extreme summer heat, but he did it all with a smile on his face! I could tell he was very proud of his work, he especially put significant detail into making sure there were no gaps around the garage door, he did not rush through Caulking! Extremely professional process I highly recommend this company!

We had our garage doors replaced and from start to finish, we had excellent service and an excellent product installed on schedule. We appreciated that a very knowledgeable salesman spent time at our house discussing options and provided a reasonable quote. The installer, Zaza, worked like a machine all day to install our doors and flashing and did an amazing job. So happy with how quietly and smoothly our doors are going up and down the tracks. We've had compliments on how nice our new doors look.

Service person came twice to repair garage door and it is still not working properly, within days of the second repair. Company seems too want to blame the customer for problems with the repair or send an email about fixing it myself. Avoid using this company. Go elsewhere.
