When we needed their services they were fine, but our lawn is now the size of a postage stamp. We cancelled services, but continued to receive phone calls and mail for 6 months even after repeated requests to be taken off mailing and call lists. This year we received a service and bill for $45 for the first bill for the season that we didn't ask for - we thought we were no longer customers - now they claim that representatives from their call centre are not authorized to cancel services - even though they said that had. When asked how long it will take to listen to call recordings to clear the issue up, they told us they weren't sure. This organization is a running highly questionable business practices, bill you for services you didn't ask for, and demand payment or it they will collect. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company.

We have been using Dr. Green for a number of years and have provided good, reliable service--our lawn is weed free. We also appreciate the friendly employees and the recommendations for diagnostic work when necessary. Would definitely recommend.

The lawn care truck arrived this morning - prompt, courteous and careful of the gate. Respecting pet security is important to me! They did a good and quick job of the power raking. I look forward to a nice green lawn in a few weeks, thanks to the excellent fertilizer schedule. Thank you so much!

Dr, Green provides its services on time and in a professional manner. Service person always leaves instructions on my lawn's needs as well as watering follow up that I need to do. The gate to my back yard cannot be unlocked from outside the yard. I rely on Dr, Green to notify me the day before they visit so that I may leave the gate unlocked for them. They never fail to give me a heads up. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional, hassle-free service.

Read all of the Reviews!! Almost all are negative with a Dr Green rep responding with apologies but nothing else. Terrible service!! all promised services for 2013 were late or not completed. Weed control was useless as we had dandelions all over the year and when they finally did come, they oversprayed and killed two of our small trees that were well clear of the lawn. After all this, they promised free service this year and this morning, Dr Green came out and treated my neighbours lawn despite the fact that he cancelled his service and my lawn still goes untreated. Dr Green does not appear to have the process in place to run a successful business in Edmonton.

What a terrible company. Not only did they repeatedly leave the gate open, putting my dogs at risk, but when I complained they made it seem like my fault. They add on services with little warning and then charge you for them. And the final example- I cancelled their services for this year and they did my lawn and billed me for it this week. I have tried to speak with customer service and left my number twice to no avail. I would recommend a service where you actually speak to the person who does the work like Acclaim.

The Doctor Green services have been very good. They have delivered on their promises in terms of time and quality. I would recommend their services to anyone. I plan to use their services in the future.

We have used Dr. Green for a few years and have found he services to be very GOOD!. They are prompt and have attention to detail. If a problem should occur, they are out within the weak to correct it. Our grass is green and No weeds, or dandelions. I would and have recommended your service to others. The quality of 'Dr. Green' services is really and truly great! I am requesting their services for the third year in a row-my lawn is looking the best it has in years! The staff are quick to get here as soon as the weather permits, and get the job done with friendly, fast, efficient service. They will happily take the time to answer any questions I have. Used Dr. Green's wag jag last year and was not at all pleased. The first weed spray came long after all the dandelions had gone to seed. When they were called to do resprays in the summer it took several weeks before they came back. The lawn was never without weeds.
