    Leak

    Excellent service provide by Blair when we had a leak in the basement. Took his time to explain and discuss. Professional and friendly approach. Will definitely call again if needed.

    Drain Repair

    Very happy with work, my neighbour had same problem last year there front yard left a mess. I expected same however my yard was left 100 percent I would reccomend this company to anyone very professional start to finish

    Replace septic line from the house to the city connection & install back flow valve

    Refused To Return Our Deposit

    Drain Rescue came very quickly to snake our sewer line which was clogged with roots. They told us that the line was clay and would need to be replaced but in order to start the work, they'd need a deposit which we agreed to and gave them. They said that they couldn't guarantee that they could save the bushes growing over the line. We paid a deposit as well as the fees to snake the line. Before we scheduled the work to begin, we located another company that said they could do the work and save the trees so we decided to go with them since saving the trees was important to us. Drain Rescue gave us a credit on one of the snaking charges but despite our asking for our deposit to be returned, they refused. We considered this to be exceedingly unprofessional.

    Drain back up fixed quickly!

    I had a sewage back up in my basement and Phil from Drain Rescue came quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue (broken old clay pipe...ugh). They were able to dig it up and repair quickly and efficiently and left the site clean when they were finished. Very happy with the work! Thank you Phil and crew!

    Service

    Had problems with bathroom shower. Blair of Drain Rescue resolved the issues. I found Blair to be professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, and insured I was completely satisfied before he left. I recommend Drain Rescue and in particular, Blair.

    Basement Leak

    The plumber seemed to be inexperienced. He charged twice for the diagnostic fees. He initially diagnosed it was the rubber gasket under the toilet bowl, and went, but there was still leak in basement. It was still leaking after, so immediately called him, and he diagnosed it to be another problem (that was the main problem). So why did he charge me twice for the diagnostics? Also why did he not diagnose it correctly the first time. I might not have to replace the rubber gasket under my toilet bowl after all...? So they charged me for unnecessary work.Anyways they were kind enough to refund me some amount (that I honestly appreciate) for the diagnostic fees but as a friendly advice, they need to address the problem reported rather than bringing up another problem to solve. Also Unfortunately, the new the problem about the toilet bowl shaking the plumber solved, he had used just plastic bags t fill in the holes, and in less than a week, the toilet bowl seems to be shaking again.

    clogged toilet

    Blair from DrainRescue arrived within two hours of my call to fix a clogged toilet. He was very efficient, resolved the issue quickly and was polite and helpful. I have used Drain Rescue for years to service my backflow valve and have always had good experiences with this company.

    Kitchen Drain in Brampton

    I called Drain Rescue in Brampton for a major clog in my kitchen sink. This has been an ongoing issue for the past two years and another plumbing company has come out three times to fix it but after a short time, it backs up again. Isaac from Drain Rescue came out the same day (with no surcharge for quick response) and fixed the drain in a very short time. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained what and why he was doing what he did. It's running freely now and I wouldn't hesitate to have Drain Rescue in Brampton come back for other plumbing issues. Excellent Service!

    Sewer Drain Backup Blockage

    The manager and crew provided excellent service. We had drains & sewer pipe backing up in the basement. They came quickly, assessed the problem, gave estimates and started work. Over several days work, they were always on time, polite and professional. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They left the basement extremely clean and neat. Outside work involved digging up part of a driveway and that space was left looking great as well. Would definitely recommend.
