I was able to book a service call within 24 hours of calling. The plumbers arrived exactly on time. They were both pleasant, helpful and efficient. I am very happy with the outcome. I have used Drain Works for many years and I will continue to do so. I have also recommended them to others on multiple occasions.

Josh and Armando provided excellent support. When I spoke with JP he professional and personable and was able to schedule the job in less then 24 hours. Hightly recommend Drain Works.

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Im pleased with his work and Im a repeat Drain Works customer (3rd different job from the company). I had Drain Works demolish and remove my leaky, concrete basement sink and rusted metal pipe. They installed a new 2-bin plastic laundry sink, and standing drain in only a few hours and I was able to do laundry within the same day. The washer can now even be used at the same time as the sink. Chris left everything very clean. The process was easy and everything is working well.

Today we had the old plastic refrigerator water line replaced with new copper & braided stainless steel lines. Chris and Josh did a great job. They also noticed an issue with the shut-off valve and replaced that as well. The quality of the work was top-notch and they repeatedly tested all of the various connections to ensure they were working properly. They even moved the fridge in & out 3 times before checking it again, to ensure everything was secure. This is the fourth or fifth time that weve called DrainWorks for various plumbing work around the house .

We had a backup in our basement that need attending to urgently. Drainworks was able to fit us in quickly. J-P was great to speak with on the phone and Armando spent the time to explain everything to us on site. They managed to clear the blockage very quickly and sent a camera down to see what caused the issue. Some roots had come thru the pipes and the previous owner of the house improperly installed a rough-in for a bathroom in the basement. They were able to come back a few days later to break up the concrete and replace a portion of the pipes. Definitely recommend. Great communication, professional and easy!

I've had DrainWorks in to my place several times for different repairs over the years (never repairs to their own work, which has been reliable). Both Chris and Armando have been fantastic to work with. Thorough, timely, friendly and informative. We will only use this company going forward.

Thank you to Lou, Stefan and their team for your quick response and meticulous work. At our 70 year old home, what started as a kitchen sink that would not drain turned into a massive repair job involving 2 basement digs and a front yard excavation. Ultimately they removed the blockage, replaced the damaged sections of sewer drain under the house, and put in new sewer from our property line to the house. Since we had the front yard dug up anyway, we opted to replace the 1/2copper water supply with 3/4 to bring it up to todays standards. While the job was big, the team was amazing to work with. I called on a Saturday afternoon and the crew arrived Monday morning ready to investigate. Lou and his apprentice explained each step and provided various options. When it came time to excavate, I was pretty nervous as we had just redone our basement and they had to excavate in two areas. Stefan and his crew were incredibly careful and tidy. It was a lot, and I mean a lot, of mud and clay, but you wouldnt believe the meticulous job they did in protecting our furniture, carpet, etc. At the end, everything was back as it was leaving me with only some minor flooring repair and paint touch ups to do. Same with the yard, they went to great pains to avoid damaging our landscaping and to keep the mess to a minimum, which I greatly appreciated. In a month theyll return to tamp down the remaining clay and add some topsoil so I can sod. Weve worked with Lou and Chris from Drain Works before for various indoor plumbing jobs, so I knew theyd be great again for this job. Excellent customer service (thanks J-P) amazing work, incredible attention and care for property. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone for plumbing jobs big or small.

A really great experience! From start to finish, DrainWorks impressed me. They booked an appointment for me the day I requested it and were very responsive throughout. We had a slow draining sink ever since we moved in 10 years ago and Chris went through the process to snake the drain. The situation was so bad, he ended up replacing the pipes in our wall/ceiling. Throughout it all, Chris was very professional, friendly and patient. He showed up when he said he would and did the work just as he described it. And he left no mess afterwards. An amazing experience - will definitely use DrainWorks again for my plumbing needs. Thanks a bunch!

We had a cracked drain pipe from our upstairs bathroom which had a slow, consistent leak into our kitchen. I could see where the leak was coming from based on the water damage, and upon speaking with JP, he said if I am able to open the ceiling, it would save an exploratory charge, as long as the leak was visible. High five there as it saved over $100. Chris came out to do the assessment and immediately saw the crack, pointed out our pipes (being over 90 years old) would have a chance on cracking a seam down the line. He then explained his 35+ years experience and that he isn't too worried and confident in his work and skills. You can just tell when people really know what they are doing, and he is one of them. We agreed to the quote and he cut out the cracked pipe, did a fantastic job retroing ABS to our iron pipes, was super clean and very efficient. I would 100% look to using Chris and Drain Works if anything else happens in the future.
