We needed a storm door for the front and didn't want something that looked like a storm door. We live in an older neighbourhood and wanted to ensure that the door didn't take away from the character of the house. We dealt with Dave and he was just amazing. He understood exactly what we wanted and when the door arrived, it was exactly what we had expected. Dave took care of every detail. The door had to be custom made because our front door is not a standard rectangle shape. We've received so many compliments from neighbours and they all say that it's the most beautiful storm door they've ever seen. I would hire Encore again.

Replaced all 18 windows and 2 sliding doors in my home with Encore’s exquisite, high quality and efficient products. After observing a poor installation of windows at my brothers home that had been performed by a different company, I had made sure to research and locate a qualified and skilled installer. Encore has out done themselves, my windows looks brilliant, my utilities have decreased noticeably and the value of my home has increased without a doubt. Not only did Encore do an exceptional job on my home, they will be visiting my brothers home this spring to rectify the other companies mistakes. Encore Home Improvements replaced all the old exterior doors on my house with attractive and more energy efficient doors. Good products and service, but a bit on the pricier side.

We recently did renovations to our home, we installed windows and doors. Contacted Anthony and couldn’t have been happier. Everything was perfect from the product, installation to delivery. We were very happy with Encore and would highly recommend them.

We wanted to replace our old rotted wooden windows, ugly doors and broken garage. Encore was our one stop shop for everything. They delivered and installed on time and did a fantastic job. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and George is an incredible installer. We love our new windows and doors and will enjoy them for many years to come.

Encore was referred to us for our home renovation. Dave explained the various options and cost factors for each window. We decided to replace 17 windows, the front door, and garage door. The quality of workmanship and product is excellent. Not only do the windows look great, but our energy consumption will be reduced and we qualify for the energy retrofit rebate. Dave personally came by at the end of job to show us the features and explain the warranty. I would recommend Encore.

I was pleasantly surprised when Encore came in and gave me a quote for the work I needed done on my home. They were friendly, professional and true to their word. Anthony gave me a price, an estimated date for delivery and installation and all of it was exactly as he had promised. In the time it took for them to complete the job, I am still waiting for 2 other companies to come back to me with their quotes. Mike was our sales person. He gave us great ideas for our new windows & doors and we are very happy with the results. The installation happened when he said it would. The instalers were clean & courtious. Overall it was a great experience. I have referred them to several freinds & relatives.
