Encore did an excellent job in installing our new windows. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Mike was patient and explained the various features of the windows to enable us to choose the styles that would best meet our needs. We are pleased with the quality of the product. We thank Encore for a job well done and we are enjoying our windows!

Fantastic service and very professional. I was very pleased with the quick service and how they worked well with my Bathroom GC. The replacement window was amazing and looks fantastic.

It was a difficult clean-up job from another contractor, but Encore completed it in a timely, clean, and professional manner. I've hired Encore to complete several window & door jobs since then, and all have either met or exceeded my expectations.

Dave and his team at Encore were knowledgeable, communicated clear and honest information and delivered the job on time and on budget. They didn't push or oversell. I don't doubt that you can probably find cheaper window specialists, but I cannot imagine that they will do the job as well as Encore did for us.

We decided to put a screen door in our kitchen and we called Encore for a quote of what it would cost. They suggested (due to space limitations) an invisible sliding screen door. This was truly the best decision. We ordered the door and it was installed about a week later. The installer was professional and very quick. We had one issue and it was addressed the next day. We are 100% satisfied with the door and the service we received. We are using them again for another project!

We were referred to Encore as the Canadian distributor of soundproof windows. Dave at Encore was responsive and personally took care of our request. The first set of windows was about 1cm shorter in width than the space. Dave was very up front about it and offered potential remedies. When we asked for a new set instead of accepting as-is, Dave did not even try to change our mind. This must have been a costly replacement for Encore because the windows were made in the US and have to shipped to Toronto. Dave's integrity as a businessman is appreciated. We are very happy with the soundproof windows - they have dramatically reduced noise from a nearby highway.

My old windows were rotting and we are so happy with the new windows we purchased from Encore. We purchased self cleaning glass windows and I'm glad I did. It's wonderful not having to paint my wooden window frames again, having replaced the windows and frames. The service and installation was great. I would recommend Dave and the crew from Encore to anyone, without hesitation.

I would recommend Dave and Mike to anyone that is wanting to replace theit windows or doors.Their products are better,product knowledge is superior and they stand behind their products.I'm not interested in giving my bussiness to a large company that doesn't care,only to one that does and that Encore!

I have used encore windows on 3 seperate home reno projects. As a fellow contractor for over 20 years I know how demanding a homeowner can be. Dave and his team have done an amazing job of not only installing on the day they scheduled me every time, but also being likely the best sub contractor I have ever used. They cleaned up well and every customer has been impressed.I have used many window contractors over my years. I used to think all windows were the same. They truely are not. If every contractor cared as much about their clients as Daves team does, Mike Holmes would not have a tv show. Encore really does care.
