    Amazing company to use

    I have never used a company that prioritized customer satisfaction as much as Fiber Protect. Paul Lucas works incredibly hard to ensure that you will be satisfied with the service that his company provides. He is very proud of his product and goes out of his way to ensure that the company meets your requirements. He adjusts his schedule to meet your's so that you are not in the least inconvenience. He explains how the product works to protect the furniture and returns calls promptly. I offer my highest recommendation for Fiber Protect and Mr. Lucas.

    Sofa, diningroom chairs, area carpet and patio furniture

    I dealt with Paul Lucas who was referred to me by a neighbour and he was excellent. Great customer service and product ! I have already had the misfortune of spilling wine on my sofa and it is absolutely undetectable.

    Kilim Cleaned (2016)! Plus, Sofa, Fabric & Area Carpets Treated (2012)

    Responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and personable, FiberProtect is the place to go to get your fabric or rugs (even antique) cleaned and treated in a safe and environmentally friendly way. I've used them twice and would do so again. High-quality work and superb results. Onsite work possible. Delivery is also smooth. Thank you!

    Carpet cleaning

    Outstanding, professional service! Our fifteen year old, hand woven Persian rug came back looking brand new! Very impressed, highly recommend.

    Carpet stain removal

    Excellent job, great service, showed up on time with very short notice and removed a nasty pet stain from an expensive rug. Very polite and professional.

    Area rug cleaning and treatment

    Paul was the rep, on top of his game and engaged. Kept in touch and the pick up of the custom made highly coloured silk and wool area carpets was swift as was the actual cleaning and stain protection. I was very impressed with the one week turn around time as well the cost was reasonable. All in all an excellent experience from a very professional provider. Well done!

    Carpets, sofas, leather chairs, outside cushions all cleaned and protected

    Treating for stain protection on all new carpets including;oriental wool area rugs, wool runners on stairs and sisal runner carpets in halfway and mud room.

    This is a solid gold company that delivers exactly what it says it will. The owner Paul Lucas insists on and delivers excellent customer satisfaction regardless of the size of the job. My husband and I moved into a new townhouse with new rugs throughout and because we have dogs, decided to treat our carpets for the inevitable and of course glad that we did. I highly recommend this company if you like getting value for your money and know that you are dealing with management that cares about every part of the customer experience before, during and after.
