A difficult stain was expertly removed from a prized silk carpet. Ten rugs were flawlessly cleaned and carefully returned. We had no complaints with the quality of the work nor with the price of the service.

Before having kids, we had Jeff and his team come to our home to FiberProtect our carpets, rugs, sofa, and glider - best decision we ever made. Naturally, with kids around we have plenty of spills and messes, but thankfully with the FiberProtect, we are always able to get them out. Jeff and his team are quick and reliable and when I reach out for emergencies they always make time for us. We are so grateful to have made this investment and recommend it to everyone.

When redecorating my family room, I decided to invest in a very light coloured, very expensive custom couch. With 3 young kids and a new puppy, this was a big risk! A friend referred me to Fiber Protection Services and I couldn't be happier. We have dealt with nose bleeds, muddy puppy feet, pen and marker stains...and all have completely come off! The guys who came from Fiber Protection Services to protect our couch were fast, friendly and professional. They even left us with a gift bag with sprays to deal with oil and water based stains. We have used both multiple times, including on our carpet. I couldn't be happier and would eagerly recommend this service. We are using them again for our new dining room chairs, which I wouldn't have the guts to buy in a light fabric if I didn't have these guys to protect them!

Recently had a large light coloured carpet cleaned after tea was spilt on it. Jeff , Paul and Steve never cease to amaze me how they get almost any stain out of our wool carpets. Job well done! Matthew

I am very satisfied with their service Jeff, Steve, Paul and Rob are experts. We have a heavily stain because of the walker and busy area and they clean it very well I told them they have magic. We have a very soiled silky headboard with a splash of the biotene (oil based) and they remove the stain. I can recommend them to anyone who would like their carpet and furniture clean.
