    List 3 factors that went into me decision to hire Jia Jia: Movingvery impressed with the moving men, very polite and accomodating I would refer your company to both my family and friends. It was a very easy and uncomplicated move, both times.

    Residential Move

    The movers were professional and fast. At no point did I feel that the move was intentionally being slowed down just to increase the number of hours. Due care was taken to pack the furniture and delicate items well before the move and everything was done according to schedule. Thank you Jia-Jia; you guys are fantastic!

    You offer a first-rate service - excellent value for the cost, always relaible, careful with your customers' possessions and very flexible - I was extremely satisfied both times I used Jia Jia and will always recommend your services

    Jia Jia Movers are the best around, best rates, upfront & clear costs, no hidden fees and they do not need to be supervised. They don't waste your time, they stick to the job and get it done right! I will continue to use them in the future and will refer to all my friends!

    I really appreciate the help that your crew gave us. I was so stressed because I only had a two hour reservation on the service elevator and I thought I was going to be spending so much for the move. I also have heard horror stories about how movers work so I was skeptical. It turns out that I did not have to worry at all. Your guys were great! Yes they took breaks but when they say they'll take two minutes, they really took two minute breaks. Great guys and very efficient. I'm sure to recommend your company to others and if I will need your help in the futue, I'm sure to call you again.

    We had a good experience with Jia Jia. We were moving out of an apartment, into a townhouse with about 300ft of winding ramps to get to it. The movers did their best to get us in as quickly as possible. We really appreciated their help through such a stressful day.

    I appreciated the movers show up ahead of time and very professional. They really took good care of my stuff and didn't waste any time at all. I have had the best experience with Jia Jia and love to share this experience with friends and family. Thank You and Great Job!!!!

    Residential Moving

    This was my first time using a moving company and based on my positive experience, I will definitely hire Jia Jia in the future. The two movers showed up right on time, were quick and were careful with my furniture. My new condo had a bunch of rules about how the furniture was to be moved in and the movers had no problem respecting these rules (which were very particular). I will definitely hire Jia Jia for my next move and will be recommending them to friends and family.

    Residential Move

    Jia Jia provided two very efficient and focused men, and a large truck that suited my and my family's moving needs. Exemplary customer service that included Jia Jia's very professional follow-ups such as calling me up the day before the actual move to confirm all information. Last but certainly not the least, Jia Jia unarguably provides the the GTA's most cost-effective moving rates. All furniture was wrapped by Jia Jia, and I was amazed at how effortlessly my move was, both times that I used Jia Jia.
