    Residential

    The two movers were really quick and never did I worry that they were trying to drag it out to make the moving time longer or doing anything questionable like some of the horror stories I've heard about movers on Yelp. They were in and out really quick, on time, and did everything efficiently. I didn't have any damage (of course, i mainly just had boxes to move) and everything was done in less than 2 hours.

    Residential Move

    The service was excellent during my move from a downtown 1 bedroom apartment to a house in East York. They arrived early, were very efficient and pleasant, and there were NO surprises. I highly recommend them for your move!

    Moving

    This is my second time moving with them. Very efficient guys. I had new floors done at my new house and the movers were very careful. Moving to is very stressful for me since I have a big family. Those guys made it easier. Office staffs were very helpful at answering all my questions and countless emails. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

    Moving

    These movers were awesome! When I asked for a quote, after speaking over the phone, they sent me a quote via email. The day before moving, they called to confirm time, etc. The day of the move couldn't have gone more smoothly. The movers were efficient, professional, and took great care not to damage anything. The price was very reasonable and there was no haggling or hidden costs at the end. Highly recommend these guys!

    Moving House contents

    Hired to move household contents locally. Given exact hourly rate for three men for four hours. Extra time above the 4 hours was based on an hourly rate. Additional expenses such as gas were also itemized. The cost were emailed at time of reservation.. Mover followed the costs so at the end it was exactly as they listed. Movers worked steadily and did not extend the hours as far a I could see. Were very careful to place furniture on new floors at destination. Were recommended by my who had used them three times before and said there would be no hidden costs.

    Move from storage space and 1 bedroom apt. to a 2 bedroom townhouse

    I have used Jia Jia Movers approximately 6 times and have been happy with their service all but 1 time. However, once I complained about my concerns, they investigated my complaint and provided me with a gas gift card and some money back. I do recommend Jia Jia Movers, as I have been quite pleased with their service.

    Moving

    My fds recommend me to choose jia jia moving. I also used them to move recently. I am very satisfied with their job. They arrived on time, moved all the boxes and furniture quickly and carefully. The price is very reasonable. I would use them again if I need to move.

    Condo Moving

    The movers arrived on time and was very professional. Total moving was done in 2 hours and there was no damage on any item. Price was quite reasonable as well (does not include tip).

    Moving service

    I had the pleasure to use Jia Jia Moving's services twice. The first time was for myself, moving out from my family's condo to my own place. The office staff helped coordinate everything perfectly beforehand. Their movers are punctual, efficient, and very professional. They made everything so simple and smooth. The second time was when my boyfriend had to move, I strongly recommended Jia Jia Moving, so he used them. We were very happy to see the same level of professionalism and efficiency the 2nd time around. This time there were a lot more things to move, and the elevator happened to be very small. The moving staff were very patient & accommodating. They made an otherwise exhausting and stressful experience so much smoother. Highly recommended!
