    Next day, super quick, careful, and upfront rates.

    Had to make an emergency move from one house to the other. Other moving companies were either booked solid or nickel and diming for every item in their price. Called up JiaJia Moving and they were able to provide next day service. I packed throughout the night. They were on time, early actually, and amazed me by how quickly they lifted and carefully packed these big heavy items, including an antique piano. They were careful, upfront with rates - no hidden fees, and completed the moved in such a fast time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Multi-location move

    Fantastic, professional and helpful movers. Arrived early, worked quickly, wrapped up furniture and were super helpful and understanding when there was a significant delay because the loading dock malfunctioned and wouldn’t open.

    moving

    Everything was easy and well done. They came on time, they took care of our stuff and they follow our directions where to place the furniture. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

    Moving condos

    I was moving condos downtown and had used jia jia before. I used them again because they were so good. They were amazing the second time around too. Super efficient, no breakage and very helpful at a great price!

    Moving my mom to a senior building

    This was our second time dealing with Jia Jia Moving and we were very happy with both office staff and the guys who helped us move they were on time and very professional. Every step or info was very clear. I would recommend Jia Jia Moving company to family and friends.

    Excellent service, movers were reliable, fast, professional and accommodating.

    No complaints, everything went as it should, moving company moved me from a one bedroom condo to a two bedroom condo in Etobicoke, Toronto. Everything went smoothly. Excellent service, movers were reliable, fast, professional and accommodating.

    Moving

    Great company. Moving is a scary business. These guys call to let you know if they are on their way or late. They truly look after moving your precious furniture and belongings. And they are 100% reliable and respectable. I've used them twice and will only use them.

    Efficient and professional

    We moved twice in 4.5 months and used Jia Jia both times. The movers were professional and very efficient. We were happy at how well they organized the moves, from booking (and multiple booking changes) to the very end, including disassembling and assembling 2 beds.We would recommend their service to anyone.

    Local Move

    Friendly, efficient and fast service. No time wasted and the price was reasonable. The large items of furniture were moved with ease and no damage.

    Residential Moving: Condo to Townhouse

    Hired their moving service 3 months ago for moving from a condo unit to a townhouse. Their customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions and the price I paid was very close to the estimate she gave me. Two guys showed up on time and carefully moved everything out of the condo and into the townhome. They were pretty careful with boxes, furnitures and items scratching the walls. The move was done in a little less than 4 hours - which was pretty good as we had lot of stuff. Highly recommend!
