Laird & Son installed my new furnace, AC and tankless water heater. I was under a very tight deadline to complete the work and I had many different contractors scheduled for various jobs; Laird & Son worked with me to accommodated my every need from installing the various equipment on different dates and times, to coming back and doing additional duct work that I had forgotten about. Every member of their team were very professional, the administration staff always called me back in a timely manner and made every effort to arrange a solution to all the obstacles I was facing with coordinating multiple contractors. The installation team members were extremely hard working and skilled, staying much later than scheduled to finish the work needed so the next contractor (different company) could begin their work. When the time came to schedule a start up for my A/C, the staff worked to find one of the team members that would be able to complete the work after hours because I was not in a position to take time off work. I converted my oil burning furnace to a gas one earlier this year. Laird & Son came soon after I called, and gave me a realistic estimate, in line with the other's I'd also sought out. They scheduled the job quickly,and on that day (one of the coldest of the year-end of January),their employees showed up promptly in the morning and set upon the task. They knew what the job entailed, how to do it, and they did it. No fuss, no muss, no real hassles or problems. I had heat by suppertime. They actually did better work than I've seen from others. Furnace worked great all winter and still does. They did a very thorough and awesome job.

We had a new furnace put in by Laird and Sons last fall, and it has been wonderful! We had a terrific experience with the company from estimate to installation. The furnace is an exceptional product, and has been a perfect fit for our home - quiet, efficient, and our last heating bill has decreased by half compared to last year!

These guys did an emergency boiler replacement just prior to the coldest day of 2010 for me. Dave took time out of his holiday party to make sure I was taken care of, the workers were friendly and very professional, and when I requested some tweaking after the install they were quick to take care of me.

We bought our house in April and recieve their offer to swith fuel delivery service in May. We called them in August and they kept thier promise and gave us a free service maintenance and discount as stated in their letter. Very professional and good customer service.

Dave Bissonnette, my salesperson, was very helpful and professional, in his advice to me. Dave and Brendan, the installers, were first class mechanics and did an excellent job. Laird & Son can be proud of these employees. I have used this firm for 48 years for my heating and air conditioning needs and would recommend them to anyone.

broken AC on a hot saturday could have been trouble, spoke to one company told me that I needed to replace motor--Noah from Laird fixed it for a few hundred bucks and was on my way!@!

Our old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and had to be replaced. We decided we should upgrade our water heater to a tankless model at the same time. We did research on the internet and called three companies. There wasn't much difference in the three quotes, but we felt Dave from Laird and Son had a better knowledge of the systems and was able to explain some things that the other people didn’t tell us. He also gave us the clearest understanding of government rebates and how they would factor into the quotes. Installation of the new furnace went smoothly and the Laird installers left the basement clean and tidy. They took away the old furnace and water heater and they also took care of all the paperwork for returning the old water heater (it was a rental). A few days later, I had some problems with programming the water heater thermostat timer and I called Laird and Son. Brian came to the house right away and helped me set it. All in all, we had a very good experience with Laird and Son and we would definitely use them again.

Saturday morning our furnace broke down.I called many companies but only one answered -Laird and Son. Dave [last name removed --Ed] answered my call and was at my home in 2 hrs.he tried to get my furnace going but unfortunately it was finished.He then showed us a range of Lennox and Goodman furnaces and we decided on the Lennox.He came back on Sunday morning with the papers to sign etc. Monday he called and confirmed the furnace would be installed Tuesday.Tuesday morning the men came and were very professional and courteous and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. Today they came back to install the new thermostat We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace

They came, saw the problem and had it fixed! A few items were backordered so the project took longer than anticipated but the end result was great. Appreciated the office booking around my schedule and assisting with the government credits.
