Install or replace pool heating system: Repair; 200 - 300 sq ft
Geoff at poolcraft and his representative Ed who came to the house immediately the following day quickly assessed our issue who advised we needed a new heater. Poolcraft immediately ordered a better heater delivered that day as promised and the next day installed as promised. It was a seamless and easy process and we could not appreciate it more considering what we had to go through two weeks prior. I would definitely recommend pool craft for your pool care and maintenance which is what I'm going to do from now on. Thank you again for your professionalism efficiency and attention to detail.

Project Pipe to Pool!!!
Poolcraft Delivered.....From start to finish, the process was incredible!!. Believe it or not the planning process started years in advance as our backyard had a septic system that we needed to deal with first, before we could get into the pool planning with Poolcraft. The team at Poolcraft was patient while we dealt with the septic and once that was out of the way, the official planning began. From the sales team, design team, building team and landscaping team, everything about process was informative, very trustworthy and we felt incredible thankful for the team we had to bring our backyard dreams come to life. Thank you Poolcraft, thank you!!!

Quality equipment, knowledge and reliable service
As a relatively new pool and hot tub owner, I am very glad Pool Craft was recommended to me early on as a great one stop shop for any of my equipment replacement requirements and ongoing pool and hot tub service needs. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations for chemical treatments and products upgrades for improved efficiency and performance. They helped me improve performance in my existing and aging set up by installing a more efficient pump and cartridge filter. I would not hesitate to recommend Pool Craft as a very reliable company and staff for all your pool and hot tub service needs.

Pool Construction Clean up and Regular Maintenancce
It is with great pride that I recommend Pool Craft, and a huge shout out to Bobby, Service Manager. I called Pool Craft to save my pool from a reckless contractor who used my pool as a slop sink while installing patio pavers in my backyard and around my pool. Bobby came in, assessed the situation and suggested the best course of action to clean my pool and get it back to pristine condition. It took a while but that's because the pool was in such a poor condition after the contractor left it with chunks of concrete and a lot of mortar in the pool. The restoration of the pool included a new heater and a new filter; the filter was damaged due to the amount of sludge/mortar in the water. Bobby was helping every step of the way, his crews from the pool cleaning, equipment installation and pool cover installation, were great, even Jim came out from Pool Craft to personally put in my pool stairs. All the staff at Pool Craft that helped me with my backyard pool to bring it back to life are upstanding, well knowledgeable, polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Pool construction and landscaping
Everyone at Poolcraft from design to pool construction to landscaping and pool start up teams were professional and efficient. The project was completed on time because of the hardworking teams at Poolcraft. Thank you Poolcraft for making our backyard project a great success.

In ground pool redo and new fence
Pool Craft filled in the deep end, made any necessary repairs of the walls, new cement on the bottom and a new liner. All in a very timely manner, and all of our precious landscaping left intact.

Thrilled with our Decision
We wanted to do an entire backyard renovation including a pool. we interviewed 3 of the top rated Pool companies with a long history and great reputation. We hired Poolcraft and we are so happy we did!! From the design to the professionalism and transparency offered by Rick the sales Manager we settled on everything and proceeded. Each and every individual who touched this project was top class at their craft and the best in their individual area of expertise. The attention to detail, constant follow up and communication, this company was a pleasure to work with. When they said they would do something it was done. We never had to chase anyone or follow up with anything. They stuck to their word the entire time. The project finished on time and on budget. The after sales service has been outstanding and we would highly recommend using Poolcraft if you are thinking about creating your own backyard oasis. Landscaping, hardscape, wood working and pool build/install. A true one stop shop. Thank you Poolcraft, our family and friends are enjoying every minute.

Oustanding service
Had our pool heater replaced. Overall, great experience working with Pool Craft. They are quick to reply. Meagan is knowledgeable and friendly and quick to respond to product related questions. Would highly recommend them.
