Newmarket Project
For my 2nd spring opening I had some issues with my connections around the salt cell from my closing the system the previous winter. Sent an email to Poolcraft on a Sunday afternoon and they responded Sunday evening that they would have someone out the next day. Ian showed up mid morning with the parts and tools to make a pipe repair. Whilst there we discovered that there was damage to another fitting to which he was able to take apart and rebuild there on the spot. One or both of these issues may have been my fault due to closing errors but there was no arguing about it, he just fixed it. Very impressed with Poolcraft's professional service.

Outstanding job on our Backyard pool, deck, BBQ server area and hot tub
We hired Poolcraft in early summer 2019 to renovate our backyard and put in a pool, deck, BBQ server and hot tub. After several quotes and a few designs from other pool installers and landscape companies we decided on Poolcraft based on testimonials from friends and families who had used their services and had recommended them based on their quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail. We were not disappointed. Although they were definitely not the cheapest option, their work speaks for itself. 5 years later our backyard continues to entice and delight our family and guests as an idyllic place to relax. From their amazingly detailed and thorough design work to helping us find the finishes we didnt know we wanted but loved their team was great. Thanks to Rick, Chris and the rest of the team for an outstanding job. Price creep was definitely an issue but often it was us who wanted to add a little bit more to the project. With Poolcraft you will get your moneys worth and a backyard that will impress you and your guests for years to come. Their after sales service has been great as well - a little slow during the pandemic but that was to be expected. 5 Stars!

Pool Service, Maintenance and Construction
The service that we have received from Pool Craft over the past 8 years has been fantastic. They are always available to make sure that our pool was running with knowledge, skill and speed. They have also been a wonderful company for me to refer my clients to and they have built several pools for friends and clients who are all as satisfied as we are with the work they have done for us. Thank you pool craft!

Service - Prompt, Professional, Perfect!
Our first house with a pool. Pool had been opened by another company and it was nowhere near ready to swim in We asked friends and overwhelmingly they suggested Pool Craft as the best place to start for honest information. A detailed chat with Jason where he walked us through everything to do with the system we had so it was an easy decision to have them help us keep our new pool in perfect condition. Peace of mind, always on time, always friendly and willing to answer all of our newbie questions sometimes over and over again. Many thanks to Jason and his service team.

Stay-cation!? YES PLEASE!
We have no problem staying home after our backyard pool reno was completed by Pool Craft and team! What an incredible experience from start to finish. From Chris (our lead guy) to the carpenters, landacapers and trades teams, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you were planning on adding a pool to your backyard. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you Chris and everyone in your team for providing our family with a vacation property that doubles as our home!

Second Pool
This is our second pool with Pool Craft. Jay and his team do great work and we are really happy with how the pool turned out. They worked with us to come up with the best design and pool size that fit our space and recommended a few things we could do to make it special. We're happy with everything. The service crew is always very professional and they do a great job. I would definitely recommend Pool Craft.

Backyard
Pool Craft completely transformed our small backyard, helping us maximize pool and patio spaces and create a beautiful design. When we first met Rick and he showed us what our backyard could look like we were so excited! Pool Craft did a fantastic job, every crew was very hard working and took pride and care in the job they were doing. Quick Service!
The best measure of a company is how they treat you after they've made the big sale. Our salt cell died during a very hot week and as a result our pool was cloudy, so we couldn't swim. We called PoolCraft and they were on it! A technician showed up the very next day after we called to diagnose the issue. Then, when they realized the salt cell could not be repaired, but would need to be replaced they showed up the following day with a new cell and replaced it. Everything was under warranty, so no cost to us. Our pool is not crystal clear and we are swimming again! Highly, highly recommend!

Pool Installation and landscaping.

Pool pump problem
I could not get my pump to Prime. Within 2 minutes the technician found the problem, a leak, and check to see if he had the parts which he did and fixed the problem by repairing the piping on the same time. Very knowledgeable expert help, I highly recommend them
