Fred arrived on time and immediately set to work. He presented me with a break down of the job, listing the cost of each area. This allowed me to decide if I wanted to wait on certain rooms. The price was right so I agreed to have the whole job completed. He explained the process and benifits of everything he was doing and gave me some tips on how to remove stains and spills in the future. The carpet and chesterfield look great, I wish I would've taken some before photos to post as the after just look like a nice clean carpet! I wouldn't hesistate to recommend this company to friends and family and plan to do so. Having a professional clean the carpet is satisfying but Fred's demeanor and sense of pride in his work made the experience outstanding.

I have a large family room in my basement that has white wall-to-wall carpeting. With a teenager in the house, you could only imagine what it looked like. It was badly in need of cleaning and had stains that I thought would never come out. Once Fred had cleaned it, it literally looked like new! Also, he was very flexible with his time when I asked him if he could clean a bedroom carpet as well, once he has all of his cleaning equipment in the house. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is very reasonably priced, and he did a wonderful job. Thanks again Fred!

2 weeks ago my basement was flooded with sewage water caused by a back up and a large rain storm. Fred, the owner was here within 1 hour after being called. He drained the sewage and disinfected the whole basement and arranged for the pick up of the soaked materials, including dry wall and insulation.

My Tax office is over five years old and the carpet is well worn and was in great need of some high quality cleaning. Fred from Soft Surfaces was recommended to me, I was totally and completely amazed at the end results. His professionalism, fees and knowledge along with having next to new looking carpets encourages me to highly recommend him and his company. I will NEVER choose a different company ever again. Tough bike grease stain on custom piece of furniture. My personal attempt to clean it only made it worse. Given we use the bench daily, Fred responded promptly to the challenge and in no time our bench looked like it had never been smeared. Thank you Fred!!

Eleven years with a Golden Retreiver wreaks havoc on cream carpets: skin oils, dirt and most recently blood from her illness. Fred came to take a look and thought it was worth the effort. It was! Fred came promptly on the date/time arranged, put on his cute blue plastic shoe covers and proceeded, with his colleage, to make most of the unsightly stains disappear. (Carpet's just drying as I write but expect it will look better tomorrow). The crew is very polite and three bedrooms and hall went fast. No mess, no muss, no offensive smell of harsh chemicals. Fred explains everything and gave tips on how to keep carpets cleaner (what not to do when stains appear). Most helpful. Thanks, Fred.

I was very please with the quality of work done on the carpet at our Church. The carpet was originally stained and now it is very clean and all the stains have disappered. I set a date and time for Soft Surfaces to do my carpets on a Monday. On Sunday night I phoned to re-schedule for one week later due to illness. Fred followed up in the morning on the new date to make sure I was well enough to continue as planned.He went into every corner and took the time to make sure his estimate was accepted prior to starting the job. The carpeting looks great! This is my second experience with this company and I am very pleased to express that to anyone who is interested. I have already given his card to my Real Estate Agent. We had our carpet stretched in the morning by Victorious Carpet - once they were done, they knew I booked Soft Surfaces & Fred for 1PM.. so Marc decided to call Fred and said, we're done, come whenever you can... So Fred, arrived almost an hour earlier than expected with a million dollar smile. He even helped me to move the remains of the furniture and did the cleaning job in less than one hour... I mean WOW... What else can you say ??? The job was nicely done, the carpet smelled so good and looked just like brand new... We will definitely hire Fred again in the future...

This is the second time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone for any job whether home, office or industrial cleaning. Their pricing is reasonable and when they leave, the carpets, etc. are truly clean. Just ask for Fred!!!!
