Soft Surfaces did an excellent job cleaning some very dirty carpets in our home. Fred Alleyne was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was flexible when we had to change the time and he was punctual for the actual appointment. I will use his services again and will highly recommend him.

After inquiring from other cleaning companies whose quotes were wildly different from each other for the same job (even 2 quotes from the same company were at variance), I found Fred fair, direct and reasonable. He and his brother were efficient, considerate, thorough and very pleasant to deal with.

Fred was on time, curteous, helpful and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was very thorough as he took care to move the furniture to clean the hidden areas. I am a repeat customer and would not hesitate to call him again next time. Great job!

I had an unexpected need to have my carpets cleaned and called my usual guy and as he was last year around this time, (likes to go south in the winter) I was referred onto Soft Surfaces. Fred responded immediately and we arranged to have this done very quickly. He and his crew arrived on time with a phone call the day of to confirm everything. They wore slip on foot covers to protect my other surfaces and proceeded to move and clean carpets in the areas I requested. They were quick, professional, and timely, everything was perfect. I would refer them in a heart beat.

We had Soft Surfaces come by today to clean our sofa, loveseat and chair, they also cleaned the carpet in our daughters room. They were clean, courteous and did an excellent job. I will definately use them again and recommend them to everyone.

The home that we were renovating was old and we wondered whether we would have to replace the old tiled floors. The wonderful guys from Soft Surfaces assured us that they would make the floors look like new; and they were right! The transformation was remarkable. And not only did they save us huge amounts of time, money and the bother of tearing up old tiles and laying new ones, but they were a pleasure to have in the house - so pleasant and professional. We will certainly use them whenever the need arises, and recommend them wholeheartedly to our friends!

I found this company on the internet & after reading reviews on Homestars I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever! Fred & his crew were quick, professional,(uniformed) & reasonably priced.After my initial call Fred got back to me immediately We have a new puppy & had some accident stains on the carpet which are gone! Fred & his crew arrived right on time, walked through our home with us and gave us an exact idea of what needed to be done to our carpets. They got right to work and in a professional and courteous manner, in no time at all, got our 12 year old carpets cleaned better than ever anticipated.
